Palm Oasis—Amazing private pool & Spa & Waffle Bar!!! Winter Discounts!!!!

House is great! Location very convenient. Super clean! Great communication with owner. Everything was prefect!

A wonderful house, specially designed to make you feel all the comforts of a good resort, but with the warmth of home. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island. Excellent care and customer service, with quick communication from the host. Be sure to read the instruction and house rule book carefully—I didn’t do so until the next day. There is a very strict city noise ordinance after 10:00 p.m., which I was unaware of.On the first night, I stayed outside talking with my wife (55) and my sister-in-law (68) on the patio after a late dinner, since we had arrived late. The next-door neighbor, who is extremely sensitive, approached us in a very aggressive way, as if we were throwing a party. My wife and sister-in-law were frightened by his violent and exaggerated reaction—how much noise could we possibly have been making? No music, we were all tired and seniors. It was very unpleasant, and to avoid an argument, we apologized and went back inside.This was the only inconvenience. The next day, I did some research and realized that noise after 10:00 p.m. is a very serious issue in the area. Personally, I think there should be some exceptions—at least on weekends—because it even feels scary to use the pool or hot tub at night, and supposedly you’re there to enjoy something out of the ordinary!But aside from that, it was a truly pleasant experience. We all simply fell in love with the place—it has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! We will come back

Extremely clean ; best stocked kitchen ever; host exceptionally easy to contact & quick to respond. Pool & spa very enjoyable. 4 yr. old granddaughter loved kids themed room. A great stay in Bradebton.

Overall the inside of the house was nice. It provided all the amenities that we needed for a two family vacation with kids. However the neighborhood was run down, homeless people wandering around, we did not feel safe to go out for a morning walk in this neighborhood at all. We got there in the evening so it was dark, would have been nice to have some sort of lighting as we were trying to get into the house. Initial look of the outside of the house was small, the mail box had fallen off the side of the house, there was a doorbell but was broke off, not a very good first look. The next day when we could see more in the daylight we noticed the backyard landscaping was a mess however that was most likely from the hurricane. The neighbor was not too friendly as he hollered at us for being too noisy at 8:57pm. Pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Pool chairs were rusty and some were broke. We wished it was closer to Anna Maria Island than it was, as it was still about a 40 min drive to the island.The island had quite a bit of damage from the hurricane it appeared. If we were to return to this area we will definitely be staying closer to the island and check the neighborhood before booking.

The house worked out great for us! We stayed for five nights while visiting my sister. The host had great communication and quick responses. House is located in central location with lots of food, shopping, and activities nearby.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for families. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! Enough room and close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of beach stuff including a wagon, 4 beach chairs, a beach mat, and some beach toys. The owner was incredibly responsive to all of my questions. The neighborhood was not bad at all. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of our favorite stays EVER! The home is in a quiet, unassuming neighborhood, but close to everything. The space itself was perfect...clean, well-appointed with surprise extras, and the backyard IS a palm oasis! Amy was extremely accommodating and available. We don't often stay in the same place twice, but will be coming back to Palm Oasis!
