Great location for a short trip

Overall, the space/house was exactly as the listing shows and nothing more. We only had a couple of issues, like the code on the front door didn’t work, but the owner was responsive and rectified the issue asap. Similar to a previous review that mentioned the pool wasn’t heated, we experienced the same thing. The pool WAS clean and the toys inside the garage were plentiful for play (kids aged 4 & 7). There were plenty of pool and house towels, which was helpful. The tub in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t plug, so we couldn’t give the kids a bath, but we managed with the shower. There was plenty of silverware, cooking essentials and cleaning supplies. Overall, we had a nice stay, owner was responsive and courteous and the home was sufficient. We love that area and will probably be back!

The house was very clean and spacious. Check-in and out was a breeze. The backyard was beautiful with a good size pool. It was supposed to be heated but didn’t seem to be. House was in walking distance to a few bars and restaurants, which we loved. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming. Few things that need attention. The grill needs to be replaced, could use some more pots and pans, and the washer needs some attention. Shakes like it’s trying to take off when it gets to the spin cycle.

Palm Harbor Retreat is a great location, close to many restaurants and bars. The house was comfortable but was lacking a few items. We were there a week and found the kitchen had some necessary items missing if you want to prepare a meal. No measuring cups or spoons, no cookie sheet to warm a pizza and the pots and pans probably need to be replaced. The battery operated lid on the trash can was not working so we had to remove the lid when disposing of trash. We replaced the batteries but that didn’t work. There was a Keurig and regular coffee pot which was nice.The pool was heated and patio furniture was comfortable.Overall a convenient and comfortable home.

We had a fantastic weekend reunion in Palm Harbor, and this house was the perfect choice for our family! The spacious layout with plenty of rooms and bathrooms made it ideal for our group. We loved the amenities, especially the barbecue and pool area, which we used often. It was a great bonus that the house provided bikes and golf clubs, although we didn’t have enough time to use the bikes. The location was unbeatable—close to restaurants, the ocean, and easy access to nearby towns. We had a blast golfing, attending a Tampa Bay Lightning game, and enjoying ice cream on the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the house was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to explore the area!

My husbands best friend retired so 5 of us flew in from Chicago to surprise him for his party. The property was exactly as it was listed! Perfect! Very clean, comfy beds and real nice quiet neighborhood to enjoy the pool in! Thank you Timothy for your service! Well done!

We went down a month after the hurricanes to help out some friends. The home was really well stocked with everything we needed to cook all sorts of meals. Bikes in good condition, lots of activities right there on the property. Pool was heated and clean.

This property offered the perfect home away from home for my small group of friends. We enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table and foosball. The property was clean, and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice relaxing home away from home.
