Stayed Dec 25, 2024The management company Evolve is representing this home that we had contact with. One of the hardest parts was hearing. Sorry we weren’t ready for your stay & didn’t give any assistance in finding another home for my family. We were stranded & stuck on Christmas Day. This property is in sub par condition at best. We spoke to the local manager Deborah, regarding the property many times in that very short 1st 1 1/2 hours max that we were there. She had conveyed the last guest also spoke of the roaches but they (got) a treatment completed… I asked about the last clean and it was also said to us that home was not cleaned just prior or our arrival and for some time before.. It showed! We were willing to try and reason with this home and stay. Mostly for the sake of it being Christmas Day with our small children as there was slim to none chance of getting into another home in this area on such short notice. Groceries are needing refrigerated. The home has an active german cockroach infestation there is a health risk and completely gross. We popped a bagel in the toaster and roaches MANY running out! This is unfortunately not the only concern in this home. Please reconsider pausing this listing until some things are addressed to prevent the same results for another family. AC vents have visible mold & no air filter being used in home.Water in bathrooms not running clear, high aeration. If VRBO allowed pictures & video for reference.
