The property was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. The hosts were there when/as needed but not overshadowing. I would absolutely stay again or refer this property. Thanks for a great vacation!

The towels were not nice - a mismatched jumble of old towels that could use some fabric softener. The bath mats needed cleaning. Sprucing up the landscaping would really improve the ambience. Otherwise, it was roomy and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was clean, cozy, and well located. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the hot tub worked great after a long day.One small note: when we asked about towels, the property manager came by the next morning and helpfully showed us where to find them. However, when we asked if there were any basic toiletries like soap or shampoo or shower gel, his response was a abrupt - he told us to bring our own or go buy them at a store five miles away. It wasn’t a big issue, but it came across as a bit unfriendly.Overall, though, we had a nice time and appreciated the comfort and amenities of the home.

Home has a nice floor plan with comfortable but dated furniture. Kitchen is adequate with a new, large refrigerator, recliners in TV room are very comfortable. As golfers we appreciated the close proximity to the course. The screened-in porch and yard lacked furnishings and were in need of maintenance- torn screens, overgrown bushes and in general we felt the home needed some deep cleaning.

The property was clean and perfect for visiting in town family. The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

I stayed in four different places on this trip and this one had by far the best-stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes, utensils, appliances, and even spices! Plenty of towels and other bathroom supplies as well, including a nice light tropical-scented air freshener that was great to dispel the slight mustiness you always get when a big house sits empty for any time at all. There is also plenty of space and all the furniture was comfortable. Everything was very clean, including the huge bathtub off the master bedroom (and I don't usually trust bathtubs in rentals). Note that the hot tub takes two people to remove the cover, which means you can't really use it if you are staying alone, but with that nice bathtub I didn't even mind. The house and neighborhood felt safe for me to stay in by myself. (People do golf out there pretty early in the morning so I would not want to eat breakfast on the porch in my pajamas, but why should I, when there are such comfortable chairs in the kitchen?) There are tons of parks in the area, but other than short walks around the neighborhood it's not really very walkable, you need to be able to drive to get to places. Alas, I did not see any ibises in the yard, but I saw them several times flying around the neighborhood!

Front yard bush beside sidewalk needed trimming, had to walk on grass. Debree on parking area. Area on left side of parking area needed attention, unkempt. Blinds on slider on back area leading to porch broken so could not close.

We are diverse in our interests. My son and I go fishing, my wife and daughter explore St. Augustine. The property is close to both interests. New washer and dryer, all of the appliances worked fine, and it was easy for me to prepare meals. A clean and comfortable home in a central location. Golfers swooshing by in the morning on their carts, before it gets hot. Bunnies leaving their footprints in the morning dew.

We had a very nice stay. House was clean and just big enough for the five of us. Hot tub was an extra bonus.

Interior was overall clean and well maintained. Exterior was in need of pressure cleaning and general grounds maintenance. Property manager Kristin was prompt to questions/concerns and helpful in returning a personal item accidentally forgotten in the house after our departure.

Everything was perfect. The house was really nice and very clean and we had a great time. Absolutely no complaints!! Highly recommend
