We had a wonderful time

We had a great time at the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable, house is very spacious, pool and outside area was very relaxing. Fully recommend.

Nice clean house and great location, with easy check-in experience. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi however, the outdoor seating could use updating and seats could use cushions, they were a little hard and uncomfortable. Interior appointments like couch pillows, area rugs, blankets could also use an updating inside they seemed worn, same with bikes. However, the home is very nice and they had a good washer and dryer.

Very accommodating, host. Beautiful house, really sweet. Little pool, and fun community that is not over the top like the rest of Palm Beach. Highly recommend this place.

Great potential but not luxury and made worse by property manager. Property manager gave us incorrect information for entry to house. No means of getting in house at 9pm arrival (even through VRBO assistance) until 645am. Good thing we just tried all doors and found alternative way in. Once she communicated, PM was rude and blamed us, despite being provided pictures of incorrect info provided BY HER. Once we were able to reach the owners around her there was an apology for her actions including an apology gift. Listed items were not there or were there but broken (beach chairs/umbrella). House furnishings and systems are worn. Had issues with plumbing and Pool/spa heater, and there was a problem with AC that didn't bother us as well while we were there. All were addressed but shows how worn out the systems are. Maintenance representative was great but had to fix short comings instead of having a great place to start.

Very nice house with modern amenities. We'd love the location, being close to the inlet, with a beautiful, secluded backyard and pool are.

Spacious and great location

Overall a nice place to stay with a big group, we loved the pool and being close to the beach! We had to buy trash bags and paper towels which we didn’t know beforehand. Part of the pool can be heated upon request, but we never got a response during our stay about questions regarding trash or the pool heater

It’s fully stocked with everything you could need—from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and even sunshades for the beach.The backyard and pool area are absolutely beautiful and quickly became the heart of our trip. We spent countless hours relaxing by the pool and enjoying summer dinners thanks to the outdoor grill. The short walk to the beach made daily outings easy and enjoyable for everyone.A big highlight was the convenience of the in-house washer and dryer—going home with clean clothes was the perfect way to end our vacation. The home even provides mini beach towels, which was a nice touch. Plus, all major grocery and retail stores are just a short 15-minute drive away.We truly appreciated everything this home had to offer and would highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

This beautiful 4 bedroom home is perfect for a family vacation at the beach. Located in a lovely community on Singer Island, you are only a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed many walks along the inlet watching boats and iguanas. When not enjoying the beach or numerous other close activities, such as Sailfish Marina, Peanut Island, Loggerhead Marina or the Manatee Lagoon, you can relax at the beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had many appliances and cookware. Our group of 9 fit comfortably at the table and relaxing in the living room. We used the two bikes and stroller daily. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Walk to beach and restaurants. The pool is the the highlight of this home. Hands down the best pool on the island

My son’s family is here because my 6 YO grandchild is here for 3 months in a different VRBO, he has congenital femoral deficiency & fibula hemimelia so our family came down to stay to be close to them. the house perfectly fit us for this stay, and truly loved the location, it was perfect and convenient for everything. The backyard was absolutely breathtaking, a peaceful and beautiful space that made our trip feel like a true getaway except the hot tub is not a hot tub like most people think, no timer or jets, It is controlled by an app and is easier to contact Jamie to control and she is great and very responsive . We did have one scary issue regarding the outdoor cameras. While we appreciated the added security, we were surprised and uncomfortable when an unknown man walked thru the fenced in backyard while our grandchild was swimming. He began taking pictures without saying anything. I thought it was a neighbor at first who was wanting to complain about kids or something? However, we opened the door and that would have been perfect time for him to introduce himself and his purpose for being there.When I contacted Jamie I was told it was the handyman, who said he had spoke to us and he had not, Jamie did ask if we had unplugged the camera which we had not, Seems like Jim would have fixed it while he was there instead of taking pictures before scurrying off like it was top secret. I LOVED the kitchen. Overall it was great.

This is the second time we have rented this beautiful home. It’s in a beautiful small neighborhood. All the homes are well capped. It’s very nice to take a walk to the water. The house is spread out to everyone can be together yet. Everyone has their own space. And of course, the pool in the hot tub. Just top it off.

I highly recommend this property. Everything was just as advertised. The house had every accessory that we could need, to include the pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. The location is perfect for all of the attractions on the island. Check in and all communications with property manager went very well. No issues at all. When we visit Singer Island again, I will definitely look into the availability of this property.

Second time we stayed here great house great location!

Our stay at this home was exactly what we needed for our family’s needs. Spacious, clean and well equipped so we could stay in and prepare meals or opt to go out to the many local restaurants. We enjoyed the backyard with its heated pool and spa as well as the beach which was a very short walk away. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much!.

Wonderful place and any issue was fixed immediately

Our friends and family loved staying here. Great location and close to Sailfish Marina, our wedding venue. We never wanted to leave the backyard which was a tropical paradise. Jamie was very attentive and answered our questions promptly.

House was absolutely perfect for my family.Weather didn’t cooperate but pool and hot tub really helped to keep everyone busy.House was clean,perfect location and filled with everything you would need.Never saw a house with so many towel.Much needed for the 10 of us and the pool.Only thing missing was a cooler.Would definitely stay here again.
