Palisades Tahoe Paradise - Hot Tub

This was our second time staying at this house and everyone had a great time. Our party included three families with children ages 6-18. Everyone had enough space to lounge and rest but the large dining table allowed everyone to come together for meals which was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare and cook meals for our party of 12. It is conveniently located right off the main road. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for families. We brought our families here for a stay together and the location was stunning. The views were incredible and we would love to visit squaw again. We thought the communication with the rental company was great. We asked for an early check in day before and they were more than happy to accommodate. We did however want to share a few things that we thought could be improved upon. The cleaning was okay but definitely could have been improved on. The floors were dusty and sticky in some places (especially in the kitchen). We also had a hard time finding towels- there were enough but it was just barely enough. And no extras for hot tub purposes. Lastly, due to the hot tub cleaning fee- not sure if it’s in between guests or just every once in a while the hot tub was fully emptied as we were arriving and we had planned to use it both nights but unfortunately the water was still so cold the first night from it being dumped we were unable to use it which was a bummer due to how much we paid for the cleaning. Overall it was a great stay and we had a great time.

The property's location is unbeatable and very convenient off the main drag to Palisades resort. The kitchen is new and beautiful and the open concept 2 living room, dining room, and kitchen is great for groups looking to spend time together. The house had games and decks of cards which were a nice touch! There were a couple issues with our stay that are preventing me from giving 5 stars. We were a group of 15 people skiing and there were only 6 bath towels in the house, no hand towels and no dish towels. We alerted the host to this issue and were told that the cleaners were going to drop some off but the towels never came before we checked out of our weekend long stay. The other negative of this property is that the WiFi did not work. Since we were only spending the weekend, it was not an issue, but you couldn't work from home from here. All in all, would stay again but only for a weekend and only if there are towels

We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Good size and good location close to the village, but house layout and construction a bit shoddy. Appliances and furniture really beat up.

The house was very nice except many of the windows down stairs were broken and so we were unable to open. It was very hot and with no AC and only one fan for down stairs it got very stuffy! The upstairs had two fans and they needed those. So if you can , bring a extra fan. The property managers were very helpful. The barbecue grill wasn’t working so they brought us one too use. Overall this was a wonderful family time. The kitchen was perfect for us 4 families cooking

I was surprised by the reviews given the place was dirty and old. The kitchen had stains from the previous users all over the counters drawers fridge. I had to go and wipe down everything. The bedsheets had stains on them. The place took 12 hrs to get heated. There was a $150 hot tub fee and yet I had to clean it myself and barely wanted to use because was so dirty....brown stuff floating in it...great location but place was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. So many new options being built right down the street.

The house size is fabulous for large groups. Loved having 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Great indoor/outdoor living areas. Bbq needs to be replaced, some appliances broken and/or not maintained. Property mgmt not communicative.

My family and I had a great time here and the place is as described. Location is perfect and really close to Squaw Valley USA resort. The house is very spacious and clean and would definitely recommend this place!! Great communication with the property manager and everything went smoothly. Thanks again for everything

This house was above and beyond! It's even better than the photos. Great location. I would give 6 stars if I could.
