Pagosa Springs Home: Mountain, Lake & Golf Views!

I previously left a review that I realized was poorly written after I had already sent it! I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We took a family trip for a weekend. Our stay at the place was pleasant, totally acceptable, the place had everything necessary for our comfortable stay, only for us the beds were noisy, a little uncomfortable, but surely for someone else it would not be; otherwise, everything was very, very good, we would rent the place again. I greatly appreciate the attention towards us, the communication at all times was very good with the hosts, they were attentive at all times to any notice, but it really was great! Thank you very much and again I apologize for the poorly written review previously, I am sorry! This place is very nice, you should keep it in mind for your next vacation!

Entertained our 9 year old granddaughter in Pagosa Springs. Neighborhood was friendly and helpful. Owners were instantly responsive and provided lots of info to help make best use of our time. Highly recommend!

The house was great.

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us! The host went above and beyond. She had been texting me 2 weeks before our trip, sending me ideas of things to do. The house was very comfortable. Everything was very accessible. We had all of the necessities in the home. Walmart was a quick 5 minute drive. The day we left, our truck wouldn’t make it up the mountain due to the slick road. We had to turn around. I Immediately messaged the host. She reassured me it was no problem for us to stay an extra day, with no extra cost. She was so comforting in our panic of trying to find somewhere to stay. We were more than thankful for this sweet lady! We will definitely be staying there again! We highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable time in this townhome, the owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any question. The location is great, short distance from beautiful lakes and trails.

House was great , clean and spacious . Host was great she kept contact and made sure we had everything we needed!

This house had everything you need to stay for the weekend. We had the awesome view in the mornings with the hot air balloons taking off and landing. The evening with the golfers and geese flying down to the pond. We had nice neighbors as well. The house was clean when we came and was nice for my little one to play some board games in the loft area. Plenty of space to relax after a hike, the springs or just out and about in the neighborhood.

So easy to check in, and we were able to get access a little early. Host was great! The home was clean and as expected. We were visiting friends, so did not do any cooking at the home, but all looked ready for us. Would book again.

First off the host was great. After driving ten hours with 4 adults and two kids, she was able to resolve our lodging problems with another resort in Pagosa Springs on very short notice. She was able to turn our problem into an exceptional vacation. I can't thank her enough.The home was everything we needed for a great stay in Colorado. The Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need for cooking meals. The master bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs was everything we needed. The balcony outside the upstairs bedroom overlooked the golf course and we were able to see numerous Canadian geese by the lake on most evenings. As we were preparing to leave, we were able to see the hot air balloons rising from the balcony.In the garage are bicycles,, kayaks, river tubes and sleds for the winter. We didn't actually use any of these items, but when I asked if we could use them, the host informed us we could use them. There are a few games and puzzles available, which our two kids used occasionally.As stated, this home supplied us with everything we needed for an exceptional stay in Pagosa Springs.
