Stayed Dec 23, 2025The home was well equipped with board games, coloring, and art area that the children really enjoyed. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Location was perfect and within close distance to shopping. Cozy and homey feel, with well thought out special touches throughout the home. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit!

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The home is located on a quiet culdesac street with virtually no traffic.The home was clean and well appointed. We had no need to contact the property manager for any issues. Check in & out was seem-less with clear instructions.I would choose this property again!

Stayed Dec 26, 2021This house was more than perfect for our time in Colorado. The ONLY complaint I would have is they really need to figure out something for the driveway in the winter. It is so steep and you can easily get stuck and getting into the garage is pretty impossible. They stocked this house better than any other VRBO that I have stayed at. We had a fantastic time! Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Stayed Dec 22, 2021I filtered search to include only properties with hot tub. This property was in that filtered search but does NOT have a hot tub. Additionally there is no hired snow removal from the drive. It is unusable when it snows. The house is otherwise great with an abundance of resources for the stay.

Stayed Sep 4, 2021This has got to be the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything is labeled clearly and the kitchen had everything we needed. This will be our regular place to stay in Pagosa for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had high expectations going into it and were blown away. The home is the perfect mountain getaway. Felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a family getaway.
