We were expecting AC and a bbq grill since listed in description and were surprised when it was 80 degrees in the home with three fans on high speed. We also packed meat in coolers to grill and there was no bbq grill as listed! After not being able to get a hold of the host we reached out to vrbo and they were able to get him on the line. After that he was great to give us a discount since there was no AC and had a bbq briquette grill delivered which did the job! The house actually cooled down more than expected at night which is pretty much all we were there since out boating all day! It is a nice house and really close to the antelope point boat launch. I would stay there again and we overall enjoyed our stay!

Place was clean. Host was great. Only had 1 incident where we were out of toilet paper and when I messaged the host he didn’t respond until the next day so we did have to go buy more tp. He replied next day and let us know where we could find more.

We all slept well in comfortable beds. The location was close to town and the privacy-fenced yard was perfect for the dogs.

The property looked just as described. It was very clean, decorated cute & everything looked brand new - I believe we were the first guests to stay. It was very well stocked and all of the amenities provided were nice and accommodated our family comfortably. The only bummer was the first night/morning we had no hot water to shower because when they did the remodel the shower handles were not installed properly so we could not turn them on the whole way to engage hot water and we also had some issues with the kitchen sink when we let it out to drain in completely leaked down and filled the cabinet below because one of the drain lines wasn’t tightened enough so we had to mop and soak it up with towels. However, the owner had a cleaner and plumber come over right away and rectified the situation - I believe it’s just those initial glitches when you have a new remodel and discover a few hiccups along the way. Also the first bedroom is a little tight trying to have enough room to lay out your suitcases on the floor. Overall it was a nice place and I still recommend the stay there.
