Living Room

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you`re brewing coffee before a hike or preparing dinner for the whole group. The dining table brings everyone together, while the nearby shuffleboard keeps the friendly competition going long after dessert.

Bedrooms
Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed with fresh linens, provide a comfortable place to recharge after a day in the mountains. The living room sofa easily converts into a bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to eight guests.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms help make mornings effortless—one with a walk-in shower and another with a bathtub for those who prefer a relaxing soak. An additional half bath adds extra convenience for larger groups.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are available, making it easy to refresh hiking gear, ski clothes, or everyday essentials throughout your stay.

Packwood is easy to explore on foot, and you`ll be within walking distance of local restaurants, cafés, shops, and other small-town favorites.

For everything beyond town—including Mount Rainier National Park, White Pass Ski Area, hiking trails, and scenic drives—a personal vehicle is the best way to explore the region.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft have limited availability in Packwood, so they shouldn`t be relied upon.

A local taxi service is available if needed, and Lewis County Transit operates a bus route through Packwood with limited service.

1. If you are local please notify us before making your reservation.

2. Guests acknowledge and agree to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and to keep noise levels to a minimum during this time out of respect for neighbors.

3. No parties or events allowed.

4. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

6. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.

9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.

10. No Pets Allowed.

11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

12. Hot Tub Policy:
• Use at your own risk—serious injury or death may occur.
• Children must be supervised at all times; unsupervised use is strictly prohibited.
• No food and drinks in the hot tub.
• Do not use if you are elderly, pregnant, an infant/child, or have heart conditions, diabetes, blood pressure issues, epilepsy, or similar medical concerns without consulting a doctor.
• Never use the hot tub while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If you’re on medication or being treated for any illness, consult your physician before using.
• Shower before and after use to reduce risk of skin irritation.
• Do not sit or walk on the hot tub cover—it will collapse.
• Make sure the temperature of the hot tub is at 101°F when you head home
• If the hot tub is left a mess and needs to be drained, cleaned and refilled, there will be a $200 hot tub cleaning fee.

13. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior cameras.

14. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

16. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

17. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
