The home is very comfortable, and the outdoor space is amazing. The location is a big plus.

Lots of fun

The home was exactly as described. The host had everything to make you feel at home (dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, fast internet, tvs, toilet paper). It was as I just moved my clothes and walked into my ready made house. Quiet, day and night. No problem with crimeIn the area. Very convenient location and less than 3 miles from my in laws house.Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is staying in San Diego.Thank you so much.Brian

Our stay was great and the location was perfect, but the vacasa company that managed the house was challenging to work with- their communication was very frustrating. The property did list a parking spot- but that is inaccurate bc the drive doesn’t fit a car- so the street parking was a little challenging. The house is very cute.

We had a fantastic stay at this home during October/November. It was the perfect spot for our getaway! The bedroom’s king bed was especially amazing – super comfortable. The TVs worked perfectly, and we loved the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed. However, it was missing a dishwasher and the fridge did not have a water dispenser.A few things to note: The furniture in the living room, kitchen, and patio areas felt a bit outdated and unstable, so that was a little uncomfortable at times. For instance, the kitchen table is wobbly. The parking spot is also quite small, so it may be tricky for medium/large size vehicles. The location was reasonable. It isn't the most convenient spot, but it's a few blocks from Trader Joes and Ralph's. But overall, the house was great – really cozy and functional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay!

No complaints except for directions-google maps was accurate for me.

Comfy cottage

We had a fantastic time perfect location for what we needed. We will be back!!

The unit itself was nice. But not clean, no paper towels, not enough toilet paper for four nights stay. No coffee pot as shown, Just a coffee press. Only one dish towel. Homeless people, and trash just around the corner. Lots of noise from the street and the car wash across the street and from people right over the fence or walking by The outdoor area was nice, but the deck was warped, and it was a trip hazard, I had to take the cushions off the chairs and the cobwebs and the dust out. Sofa bed did not have sheets, just one blanket . We had fun despite all this.

Property as advertised, however in reality there is no parking. The driveway will accommodate a motorcycle or maybe a smart car. Off street parking only.

This comfortable cottage with lots of character is a wonderful home base in Pacific Beach. It’s older and colorful with touches of art indoors and in the yard, and everything works well - comfy beds, appliances, tv and WiFi, good shower, reliable entry. The parking space is small, but we found street parking easily if we didn’t use the house spot. We would stay again!
