Great communications to get us there and started. It really is a beautiful house with quintessential west coast views. Tofino and the surrounding environment never disappoints. During the winter months, having a hot tub as well as the woodstove completes the package. We hope to return for another visit.

Communication with the host has been great which made check in and out a breeze. The property is amazing and the location is great. Quiet and yet just minutes into the heart of Tofino. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

We loved staying here! We came with our four adult children. We loved the location right on the water, with a hot tub. It was lovely to be able to walk into the village of Tofino and to a small secluded beach. We would definitely love to return.

My husband and I visited Pacific Retreat for our 10 year wedding anniversary. As full-time, working parents with 2 small children, what we wanted most out of our kid free trip was to relax and wow did this place deliver. It is SO peaceful. We spent our time relaxing on the deck listening to the waves lapping, the birds singing or unwinding in the hot tub. Oh and the sunsets from the deck and hot tub are amazing! And we loved the “hide-y-hole” as we called it little deck right by the shoreline, the view from the upper deck is already incredible so that was a little added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the host checked in after our 1st night to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to come back someday.

Our stay at Pacific Retreat was absolutely incredible — one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced! The home is beautifully designed with sweeping ocean views, a private hot tub, and every comfort you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked (even with spices and basics), and the open layout made it easy for our family to spend time together while enjoying the unforgettable view. Animal sightings from the deck included two bald eagles and a pod of orcas. We especially loved being walking distance to town centre, Tonquin Beach, and the nearby forest trails. The sunsets from the deck were magical, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring was the perfect way to end each evening. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared — from cozy linens to clear instructions for check-in. Communication with staff was top tier - super impressive. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, upscale retreat in Tofino. We’ll be back!

This is a wonderful, private location. We loved the decks, hot tub and watching the wildlife. Tofino Vacation Rentals does a great job managing this property. It was very clean, had very comfy beds and nice linens. Some people have noted that the building can use a little maintenance. While this is true, it is clear they are replacing windows and doors and I'm sure it is difficult to keep up with everything on a wooden building. This in no way affected our enjoyment of the property and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you TVR!

The view was simply stunning. The space was wonderful to relax in soaking in the sun and rain alike. Extremely comfortable and relaxing stay. Had everything we needed.

We loved the house and the facilities. They were all at a very high standard. The host was very helpful by checking in to see if we had arrived and also the following day to see if we needed anything. They were always on hand to communicate with us and because of the time of year provided us with times where they were not available and left us with an emergency contact number. There was an impending storm and they sent us information on how to prepare ourselves for it. There were also emergency supplies provided just in case the power went out. It was our second stay at this beautiful property and would recommend it to anyone who is considering making a booking. Go for it, you will not be disappointed!

A lovely property with an outstanding view of the ocean. Close to town and a beach. The property managers were extremely prompt with responding to our request for additional firewood and they responded quickly to any questions. Very comfortable beds with a beautiful view of starry skies in the upstairs bedrooms. Would love to visit again.

This home is everything as advertised. The views are amazing, the house perfect and the hot tub a nice way to unwind at the end of a west coast day. Great hosts and always available for questions.

This house is amazing and we loved our stay. The view is incredible and it is within walking distance to everything. The kitchen was also well stocked and the hot tub was very nice. We hope to come back and stay for longer.

We recently rented Pacific Retreat for the long weekend in May to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our two daughters and their husbands. All of us were blown away with not only the view but also how spacious the house is! The bedroom pictures don’t do them justice as so much room and storage space available. All bathrooms have full counters with the sinks as well. Every conceivable kitchen tool (and BBQ) ready should one wish to cook! All new appliances etc etc etc. Our host contact (Jacqui) couldn’t do enough for us and responded quickly to all queries. The only thing we needed was extra coffee for the second/third days plus creamer (our preference). Can recommend this facility without hesitation. We certainly have a new favorite destination for future visits to Tofino!
