Pacific Perch-Lux, 4 bed, oceanfront with huge views.

Pacific Perch · Ocean Views from Every Room · River & Mountain Views from the Front Deck · Two Decks · Garage Lounge · 4BR / 3.5BA

This is the one you've been scrolling for. Rain or shine: when the Pacific puts on a show, you have the best seat on the coast — floor-to-ceiling windows and a front-row perch above the dunes.

Welcome to Pacific Perch— a classic Pacific City beach house thoughtfully remodeled top to bottom, the way an oceanfront home truly deserves. Luxury furnishings, custom tilework, and an original rock fireplace blend timeless coastal character with modern comfort and design. Set right on the sand, with ocean views from every single room in the house.
Ample outdoor space: Two decks. Two completely different experiences. Out front, a wind-sheltered deck faces the Nestucca River estuary and the coastal mountains — herb garden and large BBQ at the ready for long, unhurried evenings. It stays calm and warm even when the coast is howling — the spot for slow mornings with coffee, or long evenings with a glass of wine while the light fades against the hills. Out back, the ocean-facing deck opens straight to the Pacific. Sofas and lounge chairs face the water, and additional Adirondack chairs sit right on the edge of the bluff. Sunsets here are ridiculous.

Layout: The split-level layout is ideal for two families or a full group. Downstairs: a den with large TV, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with two queens and ensuite, and an additional full bath off of the living room. The Boat Landing nearby is one of the best fishing holes in the area — prime Chinook Salmon territory in spring and fall. Cape Kiwanda's sand dunes, Pelican Brewing, and dory launches are minutes away.

Please note: the beach is directly in front of the home, but the dune shifts throughout the year and access can be steep. Easy beach access is a short walk at the Turnaround or Bob Straub State Park. This home is a great fit for families with older kids — toddler amenities are not provided.
