    House is nicely appointed and in a great location. Bonus to have easy parking with the house, Hot Tub was fabulous for chilly spring nights. Coffee shop for breakfast just 1.5 blocks away. Host was proactive and stayed in contact throughout our stay.

    We live in the area but needed to be out of our house for a couple days for some contracting. Home is just as described, super clean, mostly modern minus the bathrooms (could use some updating esp main bedroom shower), but great location. Nice to have outdoor space but wish there was some grass & not all concrete. Was a good ‘staycation’ for our needs.

    Nice place. Great location. Worked out nicely for our San Diego visit. Couple things: I didn't realize there is no AC. It turned out to be OK. But only bc there were fans to put in the windows. The backyard is pretty great. The fence is surrounded by neighbors garbage cans so during the day, the flies were ridiculous. But there is not an umbrella or any shade so you can't be out there for long in the sun anyway. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet and nice The walk to beach is short and lovely and the rental provides beach chairs and beach towels. Pacific beach was a great choice for our first California trip. We are from NYC and were visiting our Navy Officer son For the first time in his new posting in SD.

    We had a wonderful stay at this property in Pacific Beach. A great location, coffee shop two blocks away, great restaurants are a short walk and the beach is an easy walk as well. There's beach gear and a very convenient parking spot. Nice set up for two couples as the bedrooms are separated and there are two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and outside grill makes cooking easy. The outdoor space is a nice bonus albeit there's not a door directly to it. The host was responsive. We highly recommend the Pacific Paradise Property.

    The entrance is through a back alley, parking and entrance door are in the middle of about 10 trash bins. Rooms are nice size, beds are ok, natural light inside is good. Overall it's fine, just extremely overpiced. Feel like I was robbed

    Easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants makes this house a big winner. House and patio were also great, plenty of room for two couples. Just be aware there is no air conditioning. We bought 2 extra fans to help and it did cool off after a day and was pleasant after that point.
