Pacific Bungalow | Ocean View with Tiny House!

This property had the barest of necessities. One hand towel. A tiny portable heater. It was the most we have paid for the least in return.

This was a short stay-cation. The property is lovely and in a great area, with views of the ocean. There are repairs that need to be made, but it worked for two.

Beautiful ocean view, this property is set up for every situation, sitting on the porch and enjoying view, sitting in the kitchen or living room enjoying views, backyard has lots of beautiful lush plants, green grass, outdoor dinning, toys for kids and adults to play in the backyard, boogie boards to use, separate casita with kitchenette and bathroom which was amazing for our 16 year old. Nice lighting on the driveway so i felt safe to leave my car out. This place is well thought out. Great location.

The good:1. Location is awesome. The beach is not a beach you can play on with kids but my kiddos loved watching the surfers in the morning and the sandy beach is only a few minutes away. 2. Having the guest house is perfect, we brought our nanny and it gave her the ability to have her own space.4. They have a lot of beach stuff! The toys were good some were broken though. And they do not provide beach towels so definitely bring your own. 3. The host communicated quickly and was nice as well. The Not So Good:1. My biggest complaint was the lack of storage. There is a place to hang clothes but only 4 hangers provided. There’s a few (4) built in cubbies that are maybe 18inches in width, height and depth. But with two toddlers and two adults it was rough. It could definitely benefit from a dresser or something along those lines. 2. The couch bed is TERRIBLE. Couch beds aren’t ever great but this mattress was equivalent to a thick blanket. 3. The guest house does not have A/C. I could have missed this info in the listing. 4. The kitchen is bare, there is an oven but no baking sheets or dishes, No strainer, no tongs just very minimal so if you plan on using the kitchen I’d bring your own stuff? There was no spices which isn’t a huge deal but other places I’ve stayed have had basic stuff that has made it more convenient. No tin foil, ziplocks or anything to store extra food in like Tupperware. Which again, not a huge deal but was inconvenient.

This property has a nice fenced yard for our dogs. The place was clean, but doesn’t really have any storage for your clothes or toiletries. Beach access is limited to low tide and the neighborhood /street very busy through most of the day. The house is good for two people

The property mgmt company was great.The outdoor grounds were very welcoming. The listing was in a great location.

Great communication with host throughout our stay and they promptly addressed any concerns we had. They brought extra towels so we could use a few at the beach which was greatly appreciated. No huge cleaning list at check out was a big plus for us since we were departing early to catch a flight. Would stay again! Thank you!

The yard was absolutely fabulous for dogs and guests to enjoy, shady and tropical. Made for a beautiful stay.

What a perfect location and house for families! We had a great time.

Perfect location for a family that needs space indoors as outdoors - our teens enjoyed the backyard and easy access to the beach - even if the beach theirs a lot of rock but was fun and beautiful. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and things for the beach- there were not in the best conditions due to the rust on the beach chairs - the umbrella also was helpful but rusty as well . The only downfall was rhe hammock was moldy- it was wet and I get that the beach breeze can make items not last long but would be nice for the outdoor hammock and layout page are maintained as needed .

Very good place within things to do . When had some problems & questions the response was very quick. Will book again for next year.

We throughly enjoyed our staycation at Pacific Bungalow while there was some work being done on our own home! The casita was perfect for our adult son while our teenage daughter, albeit a bit jealous to not be in the casita, utilized the sofabed. Communication with our host Laura and manager was exceptional! This a great spot for small families or couples. We will definitely recommend to visiting family and friends!

Everything was good, we enjoyed our stay in the bungalow. Just some minor cleanliness details like the tiny house ceiling having dust bunnies and webs, some stuff in kitchen a bit rusty build, and pots and pans inside cupboards were dirty from the wood grindings from opening drawers above them.

The property was spotless and well-maintained, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay by the beach. Its prime location and serene atmosphere made it the perfect getaway.

Place was exactly as described. I’m not a fan of other people texting me in general, and my brother lives next door, so I didn’t enjoy the constant suggestions of places to eat or see, but when I asked it to stop it did and was very pleasant about it. Still not sure if ‘IT’ was an actual person or a bot but either way, said being was quite polite and helpful. My sister is booking the place soon and I actually like that sister so I wouldn’t send her to a bad place.

Was in town for a soccer tourney and decided to book this cute beach bungalow for the weekend. Very easy access to the property and parking, and could see and hear the ocean from the front windows. About a 10 min walk from downtown shops/restaurants. My husband appreciated me having my very own snoring wing in the attached suite. Bathrooms are tight, but neat and well-organized. Great stay!

I could see and hear the waves crashing from the front deck. Absolutely wonderful. Husband and I stayed in the front house and my 82 year old Mother in Law and 75 year old Aunt stayed in the tiny house. It was perfect, we all had our own space. Also, a perfect place for my 13 pound dog! Neighborhood is do clean and safe. House and tiny house had everything we needed and was so close to town but it was so quiet, you wouldn’t know it.
