This charming, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Pacific Beach cottage is just half a block from famous Law Street Beach, offering a cozy retreat for your stay, plus easy access to the boardwalk, pier, shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.



The Space:

With an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, the space is filled with plenty of natural light, making it warm and inviting. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring comfy furniture,a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. The dining area includes a table with seating for four, perfect for enjoying meals together. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need, along with an island that has barstool seating for two. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, and the bathroom is crisp and clean. For added comfort, the home includes air conditioning to keep you cool on warmer days, WIFI to stay connected, and washer/dryer (shared). Outside, the shared backyard space is ideal for outdoor relaxation, complete with a BBQ for grilling. With the beach just steps away and the beauty of Pacific Beach all around, this cottage offers a perfect coastal getaway.

Please note this is one of 4 units onsite. The laundry and backyard are shared between all units.

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet.

• Parking: Free parking onsite for one vehicle. Street parking also available. No garage access.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

    This was our 2nd time staying at this place. Check-in is super easy. The place was spotless both times. Beds are comfy. Shower has good water pressure. It’s quiet at night. You do share a wall with your neighbor, at times you can hear them. But that didn’t bother us. The kitchen is stocked enough to make meals. Super easy to get up and walk to the beach. Lots of eateries within walking distance. There’s a market (Gelson’s) a few blocks away. We really enjoyed ourselves both times. The AC is a nice bonus during the summer. Also the parking is easy to get into providing you have a smaller midsized vehicle. We look forward to coming back.

    This property was amazingly close to one of the best beaches in San Diego, and the unit was adorable well stocked, and perfect for 3 adults. For midsummer in PB, parking was not too bad on this street. So much within walking distance! We will be back!

    We loved our stay! BEACH: Just a few minute walk down the residential street to the beach. Nice sandy shores and beautiful waves, grassy lookout spot perfect for watching sunset. There was a steep pathway from the street edge down to the beach that might be challenging for toddlers or perhaps for adults with bad joints, but we had no problems with it. PARKING: Property had easy parking on the carport. Might have been tight for a very large vehicle but perfect for our Subaru Outback. PETS: We brought our nearly 2yr old lab, and the property was great for us. Sidewalks through residential area perfect for walks, grassy outlook just over the beach a few minutes away for needed potty stops. Enough space in the property for her to run around and quiet enough for her to sleep without too much distraction.PROPERTY: clean, easy to access, plenty of space for our group. Only points to be aware of, walls between units were a little thin, but nothing more than normal neighbor noises we experience in our apartment complex at home. There was a white noise machine in the bedroom with wall adjoining neighboring unit to help with this. Kitchen is well stocked with needed dishes and appliances, but you'll need to bring any wanted seasoning, cooking oil, foil, etc. We used oven, stovetop, and microwave during our stay. All were clean and in good working order.

    This property is newly renovated...we may have been some of the first ones to stay there based on how new the kitchen utensils and other things looked (December, 2024). It is very well done and nice and comfortable for our group of four. The kitchen is large and has a nice big island which is great for preparing food and gathering around. It's a very short walk to the beach and amazing sunset views. Also walkable to Bird Rock and PB beach/pier. Many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The back area with the BBQ was very well done and a nice place to relax. Loved it, we will be back!
