The accommodations were just as described and pictured in the VRBO rental profile. Coast Vacation Homes was excellent in communication while we were there for anything that we needed. Home was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

Very nice location, lots of fun activities at the house. Quiet and comfortable! Company was very easy to Work with. Great outdoor spaces too. One suggestion maybe have housekeeping or maintenance fill the bicycle tires with air. All were pretty flat and the pump provided is old and hard to use.

We really enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. Everything was extremely organized from the codes, manuals and communication during the week with questions. We loved the patio and all of the beach toys in the garage. The parking space was perfect and easy to access. We really liked the quiet neighborhood but that we could walk to the beach on the bay or drive quickly over to Pacific Beach. We'll definitely be back.

We normally stay right on the boardwalk of mission beach. This spot was nice change of pace with a more quiet vibe yet still super close to the bay to hang out at the beach. The price was also great considering you get all 3 floors of the unit including the rooftop and garage parking.

The property was as advertised, and had a couple fun surprises. The patio/BBQ area is great for cooking and eating. The accessibility to the bay is unmatched. There was no riff raff around the property. Our truck did not fit in the garage.

We have only positives about our weeklong stay at this property. The home is spacious and lovely. The location near Sail Bay and Fanuel Park was perfect for us. Everything is within walking distance, including the ocean boardwalk. The home is very well-organized and well-stocked....there is everything you could need to stay there, and things are easy to find. There is quite a bit of street noise from Pacific Beach Drive in the second bedroom, but we slept with the windows closed and the air conditioner running, and that managed it pretty well. Our son also had a white noise app that solved the issue. The folks at Coastal Vacation Homes were truly extraordinary. Any questions that we had were answered within five minutes, and they were always very courteous and helpful. The level of customer service was 11/10 and made our stay there so easy. We will definitely go back to this property again, and we highly recommend working with Coastal Vacation Homes.

Staying here was a “breeze”! You can’t beat the location and we loved that it was pet friendly. The garage fit our SUV and had all the beach go-ers needs. Easy to get a hold of the property managers with any questions or concerns. So many private sitting areas - the rooftop, side patios and main patio were so nice! Being able to walk to the beach in seconds and having all the restaurants and shopping also was a PLUS! House was clean and well equipped! Would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen was great for visiting while you cook. I'm now making my husband build me one. It has a top of the line grill and side burner, 2 refrigerators, sink, and plenty of barstools. There are 2 patios. The lower patio has a beautiful built in fireplace. There is a rooftop patio with a 2nd BBQ and gas firepit. Beautiful views of the bay. Living room is spacious and has a gas wall fireplace. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and serving needs. Breakfast nook has a cute restaurant booth vibe. Master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed. My husband was amused with the large bathroom that has a tub shower with double sinks then a stand up shower in the separate bathroom area where the toilet is. 2 showers in 1 bathroom speeds up getting everyone ready faster. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. The 2nd bedroom has its own bathroom which was extremely nice. The garage has plenty of room for a mid-size car/suv. There's bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, and beach blankets. Beach towels are also provided. We will definitely be staying here again.
