◆ The home is set high above a busy road. While most guests aren’t bothered by it, light sleepers or those sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration.

• Up to two dogs under 50 lbs allowed
• No cats or other animals permitted
• $100 per dog, per stay (must be added before check-in)
• Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved
• Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated
• No dogs on beds or furniture
• Guests must clean up all dog waste
• Pets must be disclosed at booking - undisclosed pets incur additional fees
