Stayed May 9, 2023The inside of the property was clean. The outside living areas were not maintained. We had a problem with access to the washer and dryer and our final morning had no hot water. The location was great. The inside areas reflected what was marketed but the outside did not. The response to our issue with the washer was excellent. They addressed our issue immediately. I have asked for some kind of allowance for the day without hot water and no one has gotten back to me.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023We stayed for a week with our children (teens). The house is exactly as pictured in the listing so no surprises. We liked having the option of the outdoor spaces. It was a great location for us, just two blocks from the beach and in a quieter location. We loved it. The only hiccup was on the second to last day when the hot water went out. It took some time to be able to get someone out there. Contacting the rental management company was easy, but they were apparently having trouble getting ahold of the local person in charge of taking care of things like this. But it ended up getting resolved by end of the day. I would still recommend as a great place to stay.

Stayed Dec 21, 2022We had such an amazing vacation! The location is awesome and great for walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to sea world. We would love to come back sometime.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022The poperty was in great condition and clean. Location is a few blocks to the beach and about 15 minutes to zoo or airport. Overall great spot for a family of 3 to explore from.
