The location was ideal for shopping and dining in downtown Apalachicola.

Great little spot close to downtown perfect for my husband and me.

It’s an old historic cottage that’s got lots of charm and some nice updates! The stay was comfortable and the area is quiet at night. It’s a close walk to restaurants and morning coffee. Really look forward to coming back again! Thanks for a great stay!

Great old cottage, quaint. It was quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to town.It had everything we needed, but if you are going to cook while staying you may want to bring cooking spray, napkins and hand soap for the bathroom. We’d stay again !

Good communication with the host. Amenities said soap was available, but it's a small bottle of hand soap, so, if staying here best to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The tub drain was slow-draining. This was reported to the host before leaving. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. All appliances worked well. Easy walking distance to town. Overall, a pleasant stay. Easy parking on the street.

Charming, beautifully restored cottage in a great location, perfect walking distance for all of the quaint downtown shops and restaurants. The house was spotless, the decor welcoming. Only a short drive to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Nice size for a couple or small family with sofa bed. Thank you for making our stay awesome!

Location was perfect. We could walk to shopping and restaurant district. Apalachicola is a laid-back destination.

One of our favorite places to visit. We try to come at least once a year. It’s perfectly situated, has wonderful amenities and a spectacular garden area.

Have stayed at this cottage several times as we are remodeling a home in Apalachicola. It’s always easy, clean, and a fair price.

Nice little home. Sparse sitting arrangement. Good kitchen, NEEDS MORE CURTAINS or SHADES, other guests can see in some windows. Parking issue-At least 1 parking spot should be designated for House exclusively. great Town and history, 2nd time staying here. May not return to this home due to mentioned . but We love the Forgotten Coast!

My husband and I loved this cute little place….

the property was good; but as said-- no TV, no newspaper, no computer access, no radio-- it would have been helpful to have known these things in advance. I can see why the South has turned Republican.

My third stay and can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and the host is absolutely amazing!!!

The parking was less than desirable and could have been due to the paving of the street over. There was no parking for a boat as had been told.

Neat little cottage that looked to be recently refurbished with very good quality appliances, good water pressure and two outdoor sitting/relaxing areas. Right down town, close to nice eating places and just few minutes from St Georges Island. Our third visit to Apalachicola but first time here. Will plan to go back again.

Nice 1 bedroom cottage with full kitchen, living room, bath, washer & dryer. It is 1 block from downtown. Close to restaurants, brewery, gifts, etc. Several beautiful beaches 15-20 minutes away. Enjoyed our stay. Fenced yard handy for pet.

This property is always a pleasure to stay. Location is great, property is always perfect place to stay! This was our fourth stay and have always enjoyed it!

Always enjoy Apalachicola

The cottage was clean and just a few steps from downtown. Even though it was so close it was very quiet and comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and we had everything we needed.

This place is absolutely beautiful and clean.. and so homey feeling!! Walk right to downtown and then just across the bridge to SHI beach!! Did not want to leave.. I could seriously live here!! Can’t wait to come back this winter!!!!

Loved it all but the bed needs to be a king. Just small for two adults. We are not big people but the bed is small. Everything else was wonderful for a different experience. Love Apalachicola. We have been coming her about 2 times a month for about 2 years. Please get a larger bed so we will book another stay.
