PERFECT HOUSE FOR 2 FAMILIES or 4 COUPLES: With two bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths upstairs, and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs, this is a perfect house for two families (or 4 couples) to share. Put one family upstairs and one down, or adults upstairs and kids down. The ample yard plus two decks and a terrace underneath give you plenty of room to spread out. The short walk to beach and town make this an ideal spot for everyone!
Lovely spot for family of all ages. The owner, Rob, was responsive and responsible at every phase of our stay. Thank you, Rob
We found this location to be ideal. Walk to a children's beach, walk to town and to the ball field. A quick drive to a larger beach, Harding's beach was also convenient. The beach has life guards, ample parking and rest rooms. This home is spacious with a big deck and beautiful outdoor shower. We dealt with ants throughout our stay, treating daily with spray and traps. The owner assured us the house had been professionally treated and apologized for the inconvenience.
Fantastic house with a great deck in a perfect location.
Had a wonderful experience at this property. Perfect week for my wife and me, our adult children and young grandchildren. Property manager was very attentive. Accommodations excellent. Nearby beach, town, pretty much everything we needed. Very happy with our choice!
We’ve stayed in Chatham every summer for 20 years and this property has the best location of all. Beach, downtown, playground, shops, grocery and liquor store - virtually everything you want could be achieved on foot. We stayed with our 3 kids (age 1-9), parents and brother and wife. We cooked every morning and dinner every night and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms could probably use a little updating and the actual beds, but when you factor in price, location and the stunning water views - overall this was a 5/5 stay. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, great house, enjoyed our stay!
This is a wonderful, clean, well equipped home with a great setup. Terrific deck with beautiful water view, and just steps from downtown Chatham. Its central location on the Cape was perfect for all our excursions, and it was nice to return to comfortable surroundings after full days out exploring. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home.
The title says it all. This home is well equipped and comfortable. It is situated for the view of the water, which is stunning, and it can't be closer to Main St. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again, when in Chatham.
Had a wonderful time in this clean and comfortable home. Plenty of room for all of us. It comes loaded with everything you could possibly want or need. Close to every thing. Enjoyed our stay very much. And the lake view was an added bonus.
We stayed at the house for a week with 3 generations, from young adults to seniors. The two-story setup made it easy for the younger crowd to have their own space and we had plenty of room to lounge. It was early in the season so not much swimming was accomplished but we took full advantage of the proximity to Main Street and we used the bikes to go to the bird refuge. The Cape Cod guidebook in the house was much better than our own. It's the first time we rent a house with so much kitchen equipment, even the usually elusive good knife. And we loved the games, some of which looked brand new. The owner was very accommodating with a change of date and early check-in (one advantage of going in May!) One thing that was surprising to us was that we had to make the beds upon arrival. We knew about it ahead of time so it was not a surprise, but rentals on the West Coast have spoiled us.
