Oyster Bay Villas townhome with free WiFi, screened patio, & shared pool

Four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms!Clean linens and plenty of bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included as well as hand soap. Dish soap and laundry detergent supplied. Very spacious for our party of four and then a midweek guest. It also has beach chairs an umbrella and a bike to use. Very clean and modernized. Close to everything We biked to a lot of places. The weather was beautiful so we sat in the screened porch a lot. Two parking spaces out front and many more on the side of the building. We used the pool as well. Very nice after a day at the beach. The only negative thing about the place is the heavily stained porch cushions. I brought extra sheets just in case and used them to cover porch furniture. I recommend this place!!

We have stayed at this house for 2 years in a row and plan to continue staying there. The location is perfect! It is affordable and has plenty of space! The pool is amazing! We just really enjoy our time there.

The condo was so nice and spacious. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but it looked like it had plenty of dishes and carpets seemed clean to us. It is in a great location close to shopping, dining and a short drive to the beach. It’s only a few steps from their pool as well. There isn’t anything I would really complain about. I highly recommend staying here if you have the option!

It’s a nice place. The main floor bed needs to be replaced, it dents in so sleeping wasn’t the best but apart from that no complaints.

Lots of space and very clean!

Property is amazing! Pool was great! There is minimal traffic to and from the beach. Vacasa property management came out for a smoke alarm issue quickly. We loved our time in this rental and plan to return!!

Might need to bring some plates, bowls for cereal, and wine glasses.

Property & place in great condition with plenty of room. Includes good size shared pool with close access to beaches. Lots of places to dine and shop. Only downsides are traffic a nightmare and have to pay for all parking close to beach access

The house was even more spacious than the pictures showed. It was very clean. Included all toiletries except for garbage bags. Staff was very prompt when we had questions. No complaints. Loved the setup. The pool was only a few doors down so this was a great bonus. New grill at the unit as well.

We visited for 10 days this place was a perfect spot to make ourselves at home. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and still close to everything. Very few dishes available so bring paper plates and cups or buy some at the store. We also didn’t have extra trash bags but fortunately had brought some from home that lasted us the week. Pool closes a little early in my opinion for summer. We would stay here again though because of the convenient location and the amount of space. The screened in patio was our favorite hangout spot in the cool breeze.
