Owls Nest: Near Craigville Beach, Dog friendly.

House was clean and well organized.We went to a family wedding nearby and had our daughter join us for one night to babysit our granddaughter (her niece). She was happy to find a portabed and high chair available.Everything else we needed was there and more, like a coffee bar and wine fridge .Our two beagles were happy and secure in the fenced in yard.The neighborhood was nice and quiet,so close to everything we wanted to do!

This was a gem of a house to find in the Cape. The home was very clean, quaint, and had every amenity needed. Having two living areas were perfect for our family of 5 as it left space for everyone to spread out. The backyard was just what our pups needed to run and play in a safe fenced in area and we were able to sit outside with them on the beautiful deck. The area was very nice and close to all the places you want to visit. Great place to stay!

We had a fabulous stay and this property is now one of our favorites. This says a lot as we have stayed at many Cape vacation rentals over the years. We truly felt at home because it was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, was very clean and had a homey feel, and because of the tasteful decor. It is surely evident that Kim, the owner, carefully maintains the property and all that is in it. The Cape location was perfect for us -- very near Craigville Beach and also near to the downtown Hyannis area where we could have dinner and/or shop. We loved that it had 3 bedrooms so that we could all have our own space and all sleep well. The beds were comfortable, linens had a nice feel, and the place just had an ambiance of good vibes. The one level of living space was perfectly spacious so that the 3 of us were not tripping over one another. We really appreciate all the thoughtfulness that went into equipping the house with helpful supplies that we did not have to pack to bring with us or purchase. There was also a very generous supply of beach towels, beach chairs, etc., so no need to drag your own. The owner is honest, trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, kind, helpful, generous, flexible, communicative, and respectful. Most importantly, you can get the sense that she loves the property herself. Having an owner that cares about a property is key to having a successful rental property because the owner cares about the experience of the guests.

We stayed here while visiting family nearby, and it was just what we needed. Great spot, close to beautiful beaches and an easy drive to downtown Hyannis. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we could ask for. Our dog especially loved the secure yard, he probably enjoyed the trip more than we did! Kim was wonderful and super easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a great stay!
