Overlooks the 6th Green of Granite Falls North in The Grand.

We stayed at John’s property while waiting for our new house to be finished. This property is great! Great views!! All communications were prompt, thorough and accurate. We loved the property!

We enjoyed our time at the house. Everything was clean. The view of the golf course was excellent. We even saw some coyotes and desert hares. Great house. Talking with the owner was easy and he is very responsive to questions and needs.

House was nice and backed up to the sixth fairway/green which made the backyard look so much bigger. Great sunsets with the White Tank Mountains in the foreground. Communication with the owner was excellent. House was close to Albertsons and Starbucks along with many restaurants. Master bedroom mattress was not good for our backs so we bought a 2” memory foam cover and it somewhat helped, we left it on the bed for the next tenants. Saw a small scorpion in the kitchen the first day there, John the owner lined had the Pest Control out the next day. We would rent it again however we are purchasing our own home in Grand so no need.

You won’t regret renting this property. It is spacious house and you feel right at home immediately. Sun City Grand is a fantastic community. Rent this home if you can.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. This property is well cared for and well furnished. The kitchen has all the appliances and tools needed for those of us who love to cook and entertain! John was always available and readily answered back if we had any questions. The location on the golf course is beautiful. We would certainly rent this house again.

We stayed at John's place for 3 months while our house was being built. The house is very well stocked with various supplies that you might need. It was also in a very convenient location. Close to shopping and food - Trader Joe's was only 5 minutes away!! The amenities in the community are exceptional. Two large fitness facilities, indoor pool, indoor walking track, pickleball, tennis, and very reasonable golf rates at 4 different golf courses in the community. If you like walking, there is a great walking trail nearby the house that runs along Reems Rd. The house overlooks the 6th fairway/green on the Granite Falls North Golf Course, and the view is spectacular from the family room! The refreshing waterfall fountain in the backyard was another plus. John was very responsive to all emails and phone calls and very quick to take care of any issues we ran into during our stay. The only downside was that we had to pay for electricity and cable for the summer months and was a bit surprised by the high electric bill. I suggest inquiring about this before booking during the summer so you're not in for a surprise.

Great getaway! Home completely and well appointed. Owner extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. Will try to re-visit in the near future. Thanks for everything John.

Without question, I give this VRBO a 5 star rating and the owner a 5+ rating. Clean, nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen and a responsive host what more would you like when you rent a VRBO? I can not thank John enough for always being responsive to answer my questions about my first long term stay in Arizona. I will return to Arizona again and hope to stay at this property again. Nice rental, clean with great beds. Kitchen is well-equipped. Golf course setting is lovely and a source of entertainment. John was awesome...great communication.
