Description

This unique property sits in a secluded forest setting high above Old Town and the Siuslaw River bridge. It offers complete privacy yet is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, harbor, and other attractions of Old Town. Go down a forest path to arrive at the high dunes overlooking the Siuslaw River, Florence, and the Ocean. You do have to climb the dunes, which is challenging.

The house comes with two bedrooms upstairs with an adjoining deck that overlooks the forest and a givesyou a peek at Old Town; there is another bedroom downstairs. All beds are Queen size. The paneled great room has multiple view windows and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a pellet stove. There is high speed internet and a large TV in the living room area. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A deck with outside seating and a gas barbeque is located off the great room. There is a lawn with a great big fire pit surrounded by log benches and plenty of firewood. Surrounding it all is the virgin forest.
