The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had a great layout for families. Spacious open layout in the main area downstairs. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The amenities at Camp Watercolor were highly enjoyed by our kids. Royal Destinations were thorough, informative, and responsive with any requests we had. I would highly recommend their company and this house for your vacation needs!

There was plenty of room for everyone to gather for dining, watching tv, or sitting on the porches. Ping pong was enjoyed since we had lots of rain during our visit. Enjoyed the bikes and riding in the community.

The home is spacious and very clean. We loved having screened in porches on both floors. There were a few children’s books but no beach toys or extras. The check-in isn’t until 5pm and checkout is at 10am which I felt cut our stay a little short on both ends. It’s very clearly a “rental” - minimal decor, one ply toilet paper, no salt/pepper/aluminum foil type things in the kitchen. But overall we had a great time in watercolor.

Everything in the house was in great shape. There were really helpful labels throughout the house helping you understand how everything works. My kids loved the location by Camp Watercolor and the the basketball court. I loved that the checkout list was short (makes it feel more like a vacation!). Royal Destinations was fantastic. Would definitely rent from them again!

The rental agency was extremely easy to work with, as well. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Everything was great! Loved being right by the main pool, basketball court, etc. with our teenaged boys. The management co, Royal Destinations was top notch answering little questions here and there. Very attentive.
