Stayed Oct 5, 2023The property was perfect for our stay. The views were breath taking. Only complaint is that the gas range wasn’t completely functioning but it was enough to make coffee.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969An amazing villa with breathtaking views!!! It provided us with all the comforts of home. This villa is conveniently located just minutes from the city. It provided us with a tranquil retreat from all of our daily adventures. Ascoli offers so many wonderful activities... winery tours, truffle hunting, river swimming, hikes, beach trips, festivals like the Quintana, and fabulous food! We were a party of 7 traveling with 3 children (10, 8, and 5 years old). The children loved playing ping pong and foosball on the patio and catching frogs in the courtyard fish pond! If you need space for the kids, this is the villa for you. For those that need to stay connected the WiFi is terrific. The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this beautiful villa with a breathtaking view!!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Nicoletta and Antonio aand their housekeeper helped us settle in and looked after us very well. The house afforded us the privilige of a really stylish and gracious italian experience with superbly comfortable and spacious accommodation. For a family group there are great spaces within the house to have privacy and do your own thing but also with excellent gathering spaces in sun and shade.including an excellent BBQ and al fresco dining area- we also had some lively table tennis clashes and epic table football. Lazy days and long lunches on the terraces were followed by idyllic evenings in the achingly beautiful Piazza del Populo - surely one of Italy's hidden gems. Those of us who wanted to indulge our passion for local Renaissance art were not disappointed and the whole family were united in their deight in the local cuisine and the unfailingly excellent local wines. Fabulous.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice and comfortable country-house with a lot of space in and outside. The accommodation and garden is taken very good care of, there is a lot of furniture, the kitchen has all the equipment you need and there is thought about things to do around and in the house like table tennis, table football, games and books. If you want to sit outside, you can sit in the sun or in the shade there is enough space, there are different terraces and one of them has a big oven so you can barbecue in the evening. The position is perfect, only half an hour from the sea, half an hour of the mountains and 5 minutes (by car) from the city of Ascoli Piceno which is a lovely town. From the house you have a lovely views, over Ascoli an to the mountains. The owner and the man who is taking care of the garden and house are very friendly and helpful but they will never disturb you.
