Outstanding Northeast Heights Home Near Casino/Golf/Breweries/Hiking/Dog Park

Everything was very organized and clean which is a major plus! The bookshelf was great because no only did it have book but games and things for the entire family to enjoy. The location was great as well, traffic wasn't as hectic as other areas. And the printed out suggestions on places to eat, have coffee or to go grocery shopping was a big help.

Wonderful stay! This place was perfect for our needs. Location was ideal. Close to hiking and shopping. Space was clean, cozy and roomy. All essentials were provided and appreciated. The patio was a comfortable spot to sit outside. The dog loved the grass and area to play.

While the house was clean, it was apparent that there was poor upkeep on the house like closet doors off the track, the caulking in the master bath tub was not done by a professional, the house needed updating especially in the master bathroom, the tub in the bathroom was difficult to get into as you had to step over the side of the massive tub without anything to hold onto, one of the bedrooms was incredibly hot, the vent could not be closed and it was apparent that the owner knew this as there was a portable fan in the room, the fourth bedroom was a sunroom, while an adult could sleep there I would be uncomfortable having a child sleep there, I wouldn’t stay there again, there was a note by the front door with a QR code stating that you could use to rebook again directly to cut out the middleman.

This was a perfect place to catch up with dear friends. It has the feel of home and was clean and comfortable.

The host was amazing with communication! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Very clean!

Location was good. Some walkability. Nice dog park nearby. It’s a decent place, especially if you have a pet or larger group.Host/owner needs to trim back the landscaping so that there are not so many mosquitoes.

Beautiful and very comfortable home and back yard in a nice and conveniently located neighborhood. The owner thought of every convenience in this home and responded so nicely to our needs. Nice mountain view while walking the neighborhood. Best sleep Ive gotten in a while and I don't get that in any hotel. So glad I booked this property! I will book it again. Thank you Jake!

The home was well supplied, clean, lovely patio with grape vines and the grapes were delicious. Quite neighborhood close to freeway and stores- very convenient. Very nice all around.

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

The location worked great for our travels around ABQ and Santa Fe. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed having games for nights we kicked our feet up. We had everything we needed and would return if we visit ABQ in the future. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood much and drove anywhere we needed to go.

Jake had everything ready for us to check in. Location of property to parks, shopping, restaurants is great. House was just what we were planning on. Could not have asked for a better experience in Albuquerque

It was a really wonderful stay, there was 7 of us and was very cozy and comfortable. Was close to the balloon park, casino, restaurants, shopping. Was great!!

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Perfect spot to rest after out in the sun all day on the golf course!

The home was as advertised. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to Fiesta Balloon Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Nice gas range for cooking. Outdoor grill was a plus. Nice outdoor, private patio. Jake, the owner, was pleasant to speak with. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again when returning to Albuquerque.

Jake was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. He was sincere and nothing was ever guess work with him. Check in was super easy and the house was stocked with all amenities +! Even after checking out he called to be sure an extra pillow found by the cleaning lady didn’t belong to our group. Everything was perfect!
