Outer Banks getaway with perfect access to Beach and Duck, NC

Phenomenal property, and value! Short walk to the beach and reasonable drive to nearby restaurants and shops. House was spacious and very clean, we had a wonderful week staying here. The BEST part was the pool! Thanks for making our stay so memorable.

This is a wonderful beach house for a family! The property is beautiful and well cared for, along with having a great location that is close to everything. The host is very effective in communicating and we had a seamless check in and check out process. I would highly recommend this rental property. The pool is wonderful and the ocean is just a short walk across the street!

The house was exactly as listed so no surprises. It was clean on check-in. The access code didn’t work upon arrival, however I called Resort Realty and they were able to reset the code over the phone. The customer service was always courteous and fast when I needed to contact them. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom indicating that it hadn’t been cleaned, but that wasn’t bothersome for us - it was still a favorite hang out spot and was very refreshing on the hot days of the week! My only concern was the lack of cooking utensils - there weren’t any spatulas and the knives in the home were very dull which was frustrating for meal preparation. Overall we would definitely stay at this property again.

Jay is great communicator and answers any questions right away! We enjoyed the bonus of pickleball courts and the easy walk to the beach! Highly recommend

Amazing location with a quick walk to the beautiful, community beach. Super clean and well appointed, the perfect spot! The pool was fabulous and the beds were all comfortable. An excellent stay!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks. The house was in the perfect location. Everything was as described and clean. The pool was fantastic. We hope to rent this house again next year.

Let me first say, his house is in a perfect location in Southern Shores. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and stores, but still tucked away enough to give you peace and tranquility. It’s the best of both worlds—relaxing and quiet, yet just minutes from the hustle and chaos of the main OBX drag in Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk if you want that.We had a minor AC issue during our stay, but the owners handled it quickly and professionally. That made all the difference.We truly enjoyed our time here and plan to be back. Honestly, if they ever decide to sell the place, I’d consider buying it myself—haha!Highly recommend this property!
