Stayed Feb 16, 2025I want to start out saying overall the kids loved the pool and ping pong table, we used them everyday. The outdoor TV area was a big hit as well! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening, it was very quiet and peaceful.However, I do want to call out a few issues that makes us hesitant to book again, we communicated all of this to the property manager prior too. We booked the place based on cleanliness reviews and amenities. When we arrived we walked into a big ant issue that ultimately required pest control to handle. The property manager was responsive and in a couple of days it was starting to get under control. We reported a few things they could address so hopefully future guests won't have to deal with that problem. At the time we stayed in mid February, the outdoor fireplace did not work and the pool table was unplayable. While the ant problem did not make for a relaxing vacation inside the house, the weather was beautiful so we could utilize the outdoor area which was very fun for the kids!

Stayed Mar 15, 2024We made it into town a little bit earlier than our scheduled time and were able to communicate with our host and she accomodated us checkong in earlywith no issues! Great house and the kids adored the pool, space, and all the lizards! Would recommend for a Cape Coral visit+

Stayed Apr 1, 2023House was great for family. Kids had own room. Everyone loved the outdoor space. Kids really enjoyed pool. Bedrooms were spacious and great showers. Outdoor pool bathroom a plus as well. Quiet neighborhood. Nicely decorated inside as well.

Stayed Feb 20, 2023Overall the property was clean and in good condition. It could use a bit of a refresh from new furniture (inside and out) and an inside paint job. The living room and lanai soft furniture has stains (looked like they were cleaning outline stains), the King bed had a lump in the middle. Very spacious, pool was warm and well maintained. Lanai had a TV which was nice to watch NCAA games while swimming. Nice space for us and our two pups. Overall it was a nice place to call home for 5 weeks.

Stayed Jan 7, 2023We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The best part was the lanai and pool. The pool did back up to a neighbor but there were some shrubs to help with privacy. We had a great stay and hated to leave.
