Great place

We booked the property for a girls weekend trip and had a blast. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back more than once a year. It was absolute paradise!!! Highly recommend 100 out of 5 stars!!!

Great property we had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and relaxing. The location was perfect for us...close enough to town for convenience but far enough away to enjoy some peace and privacy.The backyard was definitely one of our favorite features. It truly feels like a private oasis. The pool is beautiful, and while the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it as much as we had hoped, it was still a fantastic amenity. We especially loved the covered outdoor bar area, which was a great place to relax, listen to music, and spend time together.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy, and check in was straightforward. Overall, this was a great place to unwind and enjoy a getaway.We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with a beautiful outdoor space.

Hot tub was not working during our week long stay. It has a film over the top of water, foul odor, jets didn't turn on. Photo attached. We did contact the host. Host have instructions that did not fix problems. Host indicated a repairman would look at the hot tub after our visit ended. Hot tub was a major reason why we booked this property, if we knew it was not functioning we would have booked another property. Kitchen pots and pans were peeling, but there was an alternative pan we could use. Property would be great for a party.Pool was refreshing. Living room couch was comfy!Pool table was repaired during our stay and host did let is know that a repairman would be on the property during our stay. If we visit Hot Springs again, we would pick a different property for the reasons above.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Worst host ever!! Does not effectively offer any resolutions to any problems!! Will tell you ‘have a great weekend’ even when the main gas line to the house isn't working!! So that means NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER, NO OVEN Hot tub did not work. Things were not tidy like claimed. From the outdoor space to the refrigerator! After claiming problems were fixed he asks you the guest to run around, through text, doing maintenance work and will accuse you of being scammers!!!! AWFUL AWFUL ZERO STARS!!!!!

Due to the sudden adverse weather we weren’t able to really use their beautiful backyard and being inside we couldn’t watch television. They had a Roku device that wouldn’t connect with any of our devices to stream television shows and to be honest the host dropped off another device but it didn’t work with their tv either so it sucked.

Background amenities were great and the host was easy to reach and communicate with.

This place was the perfect getaway for family and friends. We enjoyed a quiet family Christmas after a year of chaos, and it was exactly what we needed. The decorations were spot on, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens, and it truly felt like home. Dog-friendly and a great balance of party and relaxation vibes. Communication and host effort were also a 10/10. The only thing we wished for was more propane so we could enjoy the fire and grill longer. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with lots of room. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores over the fire pit, and playing games in the outdoor entertainment area. Perfect place for entertaining and close to area attractions. Appreciated being able to bring our dog as well. We will definitely be back!

Hot tub was clean and ready to go when we got there. The pool was crystal clear and very inviting.

Excellent property for a staycation. This property has everything from the pool to bar and gaming area. I would recommend this property to anyone. The owner is responsive to questions and/or requests.

Super fun spot with a great pool, hot tub, darts, and pool table. Perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party or for friends and family. Close to hiking trails and downtown.

It's around 500 a day. Check in is late at 4 check out is early at 10. The pool was well kept but the pool building needed to be blown out. It was full of spider webs in and dirt. It's outside, so I understand there will be dust but there were spider webs everywhere. They keep the AC in a locked box at 72 degrees. We sleep at home on 70 so we were too warm. The ice maker didn't work. There was what appeared to be a leaky sink in kitchen as there was a dirty bowl of disgusting water under it that smelled. The headboard for 1 of the rooms was a ripped box spring. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the corners. The gate was breaking down and propped up by cement brick. This is near the lake but not on the lake. Most of the door handles had paint chipping off. A couple doors had damage and several light switches were missing their covers. The hot tub was greenish and had lots of sediment at the bottom. I don't usually complain but for the price it really should have been kept up better.

Everything was amazing from the house and amenities to the easy checking and check out! Highly recommend this place! Only thing kind of bothered me was the pool guys showed up unannounced but other than that 10 out of 10

This place is really nice. The outdoor bar adds a very nice touch to the pool. Our family would like to come back.

Myself and three girlfriends stayed here for our annual girls trip. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed by far! Plenty of room, nice kitchen, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. The best part was the outdoor area! We absolutely loved the pool and bar area! Beautifully landscaped also! We are already planning our next trip!

House was beautiful and we had a great time.

The property is in a quite part of town but within a few minutes of anything you need. The backyard area is super nice. Pool and hot tub with your own personal cabana/bar. We all had a blast!

Amazing Host , Beautiful Home , plenty of fun to have. My dauggter and her friend enjoyed swimming and had a blast . Will recommend this home to everyone..... Great Experiance.

The owners are wonderful people.Accommodations were some of the best I ever stay at with Verbo. If it's all the needs, you could have entertained great location.I will be staying there again

Was very relaxing

The property was beautiful. The beds comfortable and house was clean. The bar lounge outside is where we sit and became a family between my son and his now fiancée. Her family and his family. The pool needed to be cleaned and the hot tub needs cleaning because the temp would not get over 90 degrees. The air filters in rooms needs cleaning and trash bags was not available in home. Other than those little things the property overall was exceptional!!!

We loved this place so much! Very spacious for our large group! Perfect weekend location!

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly as advertised and more. The outdoor bar set up was exactly up our alley for watching college football all day Saturday. We will rent this place again. Great host wonderful property five stars.
