Stayed Oct 24, 2025Check in process was sent the morning of, we asked about the process for checking out the day before and never heard back. Never sent anything morning of either. Booked with the plan to use the hot tub but was disappointed when it was drained.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025The home was lovely and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. However, the hot tub is false advertising. We were excited to enjoy this amenity, but sadly it was not filled. We messaged the host about this and didn’t hear anything back, which was disappointing. A simple explanation or brief apology would have been appreciated. The hot tub should not be featured so prominently in the listing.

Stayed May 10, 2024Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected, and I believe it's important to address these issues for future reference. We were very disappointed with several aspects of the property. The hot tub was drained right before our arrival, the grass was soaked, and the sidewalk was wet, making it unusable. Additionally, despite the advertisement indicating we could use the garage door opener, we did not have access to it. The garbage can was overflowing upon our arrival, leaving us with nowhere to dispose of our trash. Moreover, the fan in the master bedroom was not working, and there was no outdoor seating as advertised. We reached out about these issues multiple times during our 48-hour stay, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response from the host. This lack of communication was quite disappointing and made it challenging for us to fully enjoy our time at the property.
