Camera 1 is facing out from the front entry, camera 2 is near the front entry, facing out toward the street, and camera 3 is on the back of the home, facing the backyard and pool area. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. Please do not disconnect these; they are there for your safety
- NOTE: The pool is not fenced, and child supervision is required. A door alarm system is in place to enhance safety. If any door leading to the pool area is opened, the alarm will sound to alert occupants
- NOTE: To have the spa heated, please reach out to the Guest Contact. The first request can be made starting at 9:00 AM, and the last request must be submitted by 8:30 PM, as it may take up to an hour for the spa to reach temperature. For the comfort of neighbors, guests must exit the spa by 10:00 PM
- NOTE: the spa will only remain on while in use in order to maintain energy efficiency
