Stayed Mar 31, 2026We loved our time in St. Augustine and this house had a lot to do with that! It had all the basic needs upon arrival- the fenced in back yard was perfect for our toddler along with the provided pack and play. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch and being so close to food and entertainment while being in such a quiet and safe area to stay at night! We would highly recommend this house!

Stayed Apr 4, 2026We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was very clean and lovely. Everything we needed was there, a lot of thoughtful details. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to downtown. We didn't rent a car and we walked everywhere. There was a little lake a couple of blocks away, which is a nice place to walk and see some birds. There was also a little cafe about a block from the cottage. Good coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 19, 2026This house is a located in a good spot. It is within walking distance to downtown and has equally close access to the Bridge of Lions or to US 1 if you need to take one of the other bridges farther south. The house was clean and comfortable. The streets are narrow in this part of town and the driveway to his house is quite narrow, but those are minor things you just deal with when visiting St. Augustine. It is also only a couple blocks from Maria Sanchez Lake, which makes for a pleasant early morning walk with all the water birds around.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026The cottage was clean, had everything we needed and considerate little extras which were appreciated. It was a little farther than I expected from the historic area & would say a 10 min walk, not 5.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025We loved it here! The home was extremely clean and welcoming, with all the amenities needed for our week-long stay in St. Augustine. It was a short drive to town and nice to be not right on top of the hustle and bustle. The home was great for just 2 people. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We would stay here again!

Stayed Nov 25, 2024This was a great place to stay - close but not in the middle of the historical area. The host left a lot of convenient extras in case we might need something. So grateful and so appreciate her thoughtfulness.
