Outdoor movie Sea World Lackland AFB Family House

We had two families with small kids. Great yard to play in. Really quick drive to Sea World.

Confortable and nice house.

This property met our every need. Plenty of space for the family. Backyard was great for the dog to run in. All rooms were clean and taken care of. Could use full length mirrors in bathrooms or in bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.Great communication from owner.

Love the way the house is decorated, very spacious, backyard set up is adorable, perfect for my bachelorette trip!!

Had a great stay for my son’s BMT graduation. It was close to Lackland. Loved the outdoor area and with the trees it was nice to sit out there even at the end of May.

Good location, good neighborhood, house is in good overall condition

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to spend time with family while also being close to the areas we needed to travel.

Place was clean and they wrote a nice welcoming message on the chalkboard. AC couldn't keep under 77 degrees but wasn’t that hot during our visit. Great place near Sea World and enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the backyard and it was close to Lackland Air Force Base which was important to us because our daughter was graduating boot camp. We needed extra night due to unexpected injury to our daughter and Fay was just wonderful, she didn’t hesitate and that made our stress and worry so much better. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home and Ms. Fay.

Coffee pot did not work, neighbors dogs barked all hours of the night.

House was clean and had everything we needed for the trip. We loved the back yard to sit and visit. Definitely would rent again.

It was a nice place and accommodated 10 of us. It was also convenient being close to Fort Lackland.

Perfect location for Air Force graduation

The house was very clean and welcoming for my family. I was glad we were able to bring our dog with us.

Home was roomy and had plenty of space for everyone, very clean. Loved the backyard for our pets. Host left us a lovely note congratulating our son for graduating USAF Basic Training and a bag of candy for us. Host was also very responsive to messages. Would highly recommend for USAF Basic Training Graduation.

House was clean and A/C worked great. Neighborhood is a little rough.

We had everything we needed.Beds were very firm. Some people like that but I prefer very soft.We didn’t use backyard or the projector but it seemed nice.Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and everything we needed for kitchen.Couple of odd things:1. There was a strong marijuana odor that came through the vents. It didn’t last too long but it was very strong and we have no idea where it came from.2. I got a claim after saying we stole (or misplaced) the coffee filter. Super odd. We made coffee and forgot to throw away the paper filter we used but that’s it. Not sure what happened when the cleaning crew got there.All in all, it was a good stay. I probably wouldn’t consider staying there again just because I’m not a fan of firm mattresses.

It was great! Just as listed, but better actually! Definitely family friendly as we had me and my husband, parents, and kids! The double beds in the rooms upstairs was very accomodating for a family traveling to Lackland! And the master bedroom and bath was awesome! Backyard was just as presented. We never did figure out the projector, but we didn't care. We had a blast just sitting around the campfire talking and grilling!

The house was conveniently located to grocery stores, shops, and attractions. One downfall was the cleanliness of the home. The shower was still dirty and so was one of the rooms. Overall we had a good stay.

Nice place

Loved it, the house was spacious and so homey. The beds were so comfortable, you really got a good night's sleep.

Check in process was easy, location is nice, about 15 to 20 minutes to downtown area. positive – the house is nice and spacious, clean, and nice home amenities. Cons - house was a little warm and took a while to cool down. And was hoping for another shower for the amount of guest. But overall it was a nice stay for our family!

Very homey! Our family loved it and very neat and clean, very considerate of our needs and very nice.

It was great. It had a fenced in back yard with no holes. Great for pups. TVs in every room! Stayed here for my daughters BMT graduation and it wasn’t far from the Lackland Air Force base. The host was extremely responsive and very organized. They had a sigh that welcomed our family. Great additional touch! My son loved it. I also loved that they sent the check in information the day before our stay. I highly recommend.

Beautiful house, with quiet neighborhood and lots of space to play and enjoy your night.

Fay was a great host. Her home is very nice with all of the basic things I needed and a little extra like face wash, lotion and coffee. We stayed for a few days for my husband’s Air Force graduation. It located very close to Lackland base and the airport, allowing me to comfortably make trips to pick people up and attend graduation early. The backyard is fenced in which was great with a high energy 20 month old and dogs. If you plan on spending time outside, definitely use bug spray, which we found in the home! The house has a lived in feel, so we all felt right at home. Would book again!

The house was beautiful, the area waa lovely. We visited Sea World and it was in close proximity to it. I absolutely would love to stay there again. The host was wonderful and left us a very sweet welcome note. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great time at this property. Great for two families with 6 total little kids! Easy drive to seaworld. Host was responsive and friendly!

Fay had excellent communication with us throughout the duration of our stay! However, the property itself was not very clean when we checked in. We contacted Fay saying we were not happy with the state of the house upon checking in. She was very accommodating and offered to have cleaners come to the house for us. We cleaned the important parts of the house that were left dirty. So, she sent us back our cleaning fee.

This was the perfect place for our family including my old dog. Clean with extra supplies for cleaning up the mud we tracked it during our whole rainy weekend stay. Our host was very attentive and we felt safe and right at home.

Positives: easy access to mai road. Fay was very responsive to any inquiries. Upstairs bedrooms were very nice. Big screen tv's in all bedrooms. Cute kitchen. Negatives: there are big French doors and a large window on the back door that didn't have blinds. Did t feel comfortable in the evenings with not having that openness at night. The front and back doors had significant space at the bottom allowing insects to come in. Could use some large area rugs throughout the house. Overall just needed a little TLC.

Highly recommend! House was clean and provided many bedrooms for our family to spread out. As advertised - close to airport, River Walk, Lacland AFB, and many food options. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful throughout our stay. 4 Bedrooms, backyard firepit, kitchen area, and easy washer/dryer access were highlights! We would return without a doubt.

We had the best time on our trip and this property was not only spacious, clean and exactly what we needed but it was also close to a lot of things we wanted to do on our trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Check in was very easy. House was clean.

The house was just the right amount of space that we needed. The neighborhood seemed iffy at first but it was a very quiet neighborhood with no issues while we were there.

The property is homey, and is really good for a family of 8 or more. Even my grand children had something to do (toys,books). It really feels home away from home.
