- Wall St Beach Access is just a 4 min bike ride away. It's a quick cruise straight down Wall St.
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just under a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- Kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt, and pepper, and basic cooking staples are provided.
- The home has a standard drip coffee maker! Bonus: coffee's on us!
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Complimentary Beach Gear: Wagon, Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella.
- This home has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer

✏️Other Things to Note
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 20 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
