Stayed Jul 23, 2022The property was great but our experience with 360 this time was not. We had an issue with arm bands due to a recently changed policy and the number of guests or approved bands for our house (which per watercolor was 10) they would Not issue to us. Our party could Could not all go to the amenities at one time. They were not willing to help at all, said a random override in our reservation was for 6 bands and our party of 8 (for which there were plenty of beds for the house to sleep) would not all Be able to use the Amenities. I asked to speak to Watercolor for help and was told there was no number to contact them and they could not help me. A quick google of watercolor got me a number to call for the watercolor association who could not have been more accommodating or kind. They fixed our issue in 5 minutes and said this had been a recurring problem. The home Was lovely and I hated to leave this review but would urge other guests to be aware when booking that if you have any issues you will need to contact watercolor directly and not 360 blue.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the most amazing time on our first trip to Watercolor. It was the perfect get away for my family. Our three teenagers loved exploring on their bikes and our house was the perfect fit for our family. We can't wait to go back next year!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was beautiful and we loved the location of it. We had a wonderful time in Seaside. There were only a few issues with the house. Two of the bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain properly and the master bathroom outlets wouldn’t work. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was amazing. The porches are wonderful in the mornings and evenings. The location is great with regard to proximity to Publix. We totally enjoyed our stay in Watercolor. We went to the Spa, attended Yoga classes at the Fitness Center, we rode bikes and the golf cart. It was so nice to see folks being so active during the day. The Frog Pool was so nice and quieter than the Beach Club Pool. The beach was wonderful and the staff did an awesome job of having our chairs/umbrellas available. We look forward to coming back sometime.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at 222 Spartina Circle. The house was awesome! We loved the layout of the house and the location. The house was clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again! Thanks so much.
