Outdoor Family Fun: Large Home by Beaver Lake!

The place was great. We will definitely be back.

This was a lovely place for a vacation. Property was welcome in and cozy.

This was a cute, newly-remodeled house. Interior was in perfect condition. They have a fire pit out back and a nice view of the lake.

The house felt so clean and welcoming from the second we stepped inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the provided smores set up was an extra spacial touch that we really appreciated. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The lake view was nice, although not completely unobstructed, it was still very beautiful.

Everything was wonderful, we had a minor issue with the breaker box blowing we could not play our PlayStations or it would blow the breaker and there was only one smart TV in the living room the rest were basic cable with not many channels,everything else was amazing we loved the complimentary smores bar and the fully loaded kitchen. They only had one pan that was nonstick though. Our group of 9 was very comfortable the whole stay

We appreciated all the details - hooks in the bathrooms for towels, nice hand soaps, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen.

This property was great. Very spacious and smelled amazing however the mint may of been a bit overwhelming, as it absorbs into the food and clothes you have there. Not bad for clothes but anything we ate in the house tasted minty. Beautiful view, very quiet and peaceful. Huge firepit in back with lake view, only thing missing was a hot tub. Overall i would definitely stay here. It was very affordable and provided all pots and pans and coffeemaker and a Kuerig for pods. Beds were very comfy.

Very clean. Perfect setup for my family. The firepit with makings for s'mores was an added bonus.

We loved it, very clean, a good view of the lake below. We watched the fog roll over the mountain each morning. Then tried to catch fireflies at night. Not a far drive to town for dinner and shopping. Recommend Sugar and Crumbs for breakfast, and the Grotto for a nice dinner. Thank you!

The home was easy to find and access. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. No complaints whatsoever.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked on anything you would need to cook with. Beds were very comfortable. Nice spacious bathrooms. Would highly recommend staying here.

property was pretry but the beds were uncomfortable and most of the beds didnt have regular sheets just fitted sheets. The owner wasnt not sympathetic to the fact the weather was horrible and dangerous and would not let us change weekends unless we paid another outrageous fee. We run short term rentals and we always take our renters safety into consideration especially with children ieven if they are adult age. We will be back to Eureka but will not book with VRBO/Evolve again.

1st time to Eureka springs to join the herd. Family really enjoyed their time and this home was very comfortable for all of us!
