Single family home situated at the end of a natural canal with a view over the water. Sit outside, fish off our dock, take out the kayaks, or just walk steps across the street to the beach!

We are mandated to a minimum 7 night stay.

If you have a boat, you can dock it right outside the house! Private neighborhood boat ramp access six houses to the left. Room for boat trailer in our driveway. Our dock can accommodate a boatwith a 9ft beam, 26ft LOA.
In addition we have room for 2 vehicles in addition to the trailer.

Set off in your own boat and you are 1/4 mile from fishing in the grass flats, 20 mins from the north tip of Anna Maria Island (Bean Point) and from there, 3 miles to the first reef.

We have several ocean kayaks for your enjoyment. Launch from our dock and see the manatees right outside. Our neighborhood, has a private boat ramp about six houses to the right of the water view.

We live in nearby Tampa, Florida and we are happy to make sure you enjoy our piece of paradise as much as we do. Please let us know if you need information about local points of interest, instructions with the home, or if there is something we have overlooked to make your stay enjoyable.

Our neighborhood is very quiet with many permanent residents. You will find peace and quiet in the evenings. Two churches (Catholic and Episcopal) are within close walking distance.

Beach access is only 300 steps away! Our home sits on one of the narrowest parts of the island, so the Gulf and Bay are very close together!

You are located very near to Manatee Avenue and Gulf Drive. Very closely located to Publix Supermarket, beach stores and restaurants. Bike lanes are available on the island.
Free trolly pick-up 50 yards from our home.

Beach chairs, wagon and beach towels are supplied. Dishwasher and Laundry detergents are provided.

We offer a level 2 EV charger powered by our own solar system.
So bring your Electric Vehicle and power up for free.

There is a camera mounted to the outside of the house facing the channel. The camera is solely for the purpose to monitor the channel and our boat. Should the renter desire so, the camera can be disabled for the duration of the stay.


You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (e.g., a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the next day. No excessive, boisterous, or repetitive noise (e.g., shouting, yelling, screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
