This is a great house! Loved all the room sizes and availability to bathrooms. The living room/kitchen is very narrow, but also large. The boardwalk to the beach was great, it really helped with kids and older adults. The parking was spacious, location is convenient to places to eat and shopping. The only negative I would have to say is Orange Beach in itself. We always bring our dog on vacation with us, and we were not able to bring him onto the beach due to the strict rules this area enforces. Great house, but Orange Beach just is not for us. The hosts were great and gave us all the information well ahead of time. The house was super clean and ready for our arrival. I highly recommend for those who appreciate Orange Beach!

The house was a great size for our group, with a nice layout, plenty of space, and a great location. It has a lot of potential but clearly needs better maintenance and deep cleaning. When we arrived, the walls and baseboards were dirty, and the couches were covered in dog hair. The cleaning lady came out quickly, but it was obvious the property hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.Throughout our stay, we noticed more issues: dust on lamps, stained bedding, and even a wallet left between mattresses from a previous guest. One fridge wouldn’t stay cold, we had to call maintenance twice, and there was visible mold in the bathrooms. Damaged steps were patched with duct tape, and parts of the downstairs floor were cracked or separated.The beds were uncomfortable—one had to be repaired, and others sagged due to makeshift box springs. The sheets were thin and didn’t fit properly. We even did a walk-through with maintenance to document existing damage like missing door stoppers and marked walls.For the 6,600 price, we expected much better cleanliness and upkeep. The home could be amazing with proper care, but the online photos make it look far nicer than it is.

Proximity to beach is great and property management was very responsive to all requests/issues. House is directly next door to a Holiday Inn Express (within a few feet of the outdoor pool) which plays loud music all night. Also we needed to keep blinds drawn on that side of the house for privacy. Also, the beach chair rental companies stake claim to umbrella space well beyond the house, so if you don’t rent from them, you have to drag your own beach equipment a pretty good distance down the beach to find an available spot. That is a bit of an issue when you travel with young children and your family. If you’re looking for a quiet, private beach, this is not the location for you. It is very convenient to everything in Orange Beach, but as a result, it is very crowded and busy. Overall, the home has adequate space and worked well for our family gathering and we enjoyed our time together.

We loved the home - it accommodated all of our adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren—just enough space without having to use the hide-a-bed. We have a few items that we strongly recommend for an excellent stay, but we can share those privately via email if someone would like to contact me.

Perfect location!! Beautiful view! Bones of the house are great. Needs major cleaning - new curtains, dirty furniture, flooring broken in several spots and moldy showers - just to say the least. Did let management know.

House was perfect, all windows overlooking the ocean made it possible to still enjoy looking at the beach during the heat of the day

We had a group of 5 guys (all turning 65 this year). The accommodations were great. While it does not look impressive from the outside, compared to other houses around it, the beach house had lots of nice amenities (ice maker, everything needed in the kitchen, etc) and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice open view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. Convenient location. We would definitely stay there again.
