We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The location was perfect and made everything incredibly convenient for our trip. The home itself was beautiful, modern, and clearly very well maintained. All of the amenities were outstanding and made our stay feel comfortable and effortless.The beds were extremely comfortable, and the furniture throughout the home made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the space. Everything felt updated, clean, and thoughtfully put together.We stayed for three days and it was exactly what we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing place and location with beautiful views of the lake! The house was clean and spacious, we loved the bear theme, the community pool, swing out front and comfy beds. The host was friendly and communicated well, we would love to stay here again!

Check in went smoothly. The directions about check in were emailed in advance. We had to make a phone call as we had an issue unlocking the door. The call was answered promptly and we were able to get in.

The condo was in a great location! Close to everything we wanted to do. The cleanliness could have been improved. There was some kind of dog hair left in the Master Bath shower drain, the carpets could have been vacuumed better and someone left a small bag of trash in the entry way on the shelf. However, everything else was cleaned well. I did speak to someone in the Taylor office who was apologetic and offered to send the cleaning crew back. I took it upon myself to vacuum and remove the hair because I couldn't stand it. lol

This townhouse is in an amazing location. The place is greatly equipped for a family trip. The kids loved jumping off the dock across the street and it's close to the state park for swimming as well. However, the AC was not working on the top two floors which made this a miserable experience while in the house during some of the hottest days this summer so far. I contacted Taylor Made the day we arrived when we noticed it was not working and they brought us a portable AC unit for the bunk room. Unfortunately the windows in that area didn't really work with that, or any kind of AC unit except for the ones located on the wall that didn't work. We were offered some fans which would not have really helped. By Wednesday, we went to the Taylor Made office and were offered to be moved to another property, but we were leaving the next morning. Why was this not offered previously, when they knew that it would not be fixed during our stay? Also, there was a note in the review book in the unit that said the AC wasn't working then (dated June 9). If they were aware that the AC didn't work, why were we not offered somewhere else to stay, a refund, or opportunity to reschedule. With young children, 90-plus degree days, and an apparent lack of communication from the rental company, this made for a bad experience. I don't feel like the amount of money we were refunded made up for not getting what was advertised in the property listing.

It was everything as described 100%. 10 out of 10!! We will visit again for sure. My family and i were very impressed. Kids didn't want to leave.

The overall stay was great, however, we dodged a bullet the first day. The property wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 1645. Dirty towels were accumulated in both tubs with a very substantial amount of body hair in one tube. One bed hadn't had the linens changed off of it and a hand towel in the half bath was dirty. Luckily, we checked in before driving to pick up my son from the airport and discovered the mess and called management to correct the problem. The property was cleaned by 1930-1945. If we hadn't checked in at that time, we would have gotten back around 2230 and wouldn't been able to shower.

This place was great. Loved every minute of it.
