When the house is full of the family he can enjoy a quiet moment in the yard. You will spend most of your time at the beach or by the pool on the deck and at the tiki bar for drinks and snacks.

What more could you want This family-fun property is located in Kitty Hawk in a community west of the bypass on tall dunes called Sea Scape. “Our Happy Place” is situated on top of one of those dunes and has panoramic horizontal views of the Atlantic Ocean from the great room and top deck! Sea Scape is largely a year-round neighborhood with quiet streets for walking or biking with the kids. You are at the north end very close to restaurants and groceries. Kitty Hawk has free parking at each beach access, so you have your choice of where to enjoy your day on the beach!

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
