The Little Treehouse was perfect for our stay in Shreveport. It's in a peaceful neighborhood with neighbors who will smile and wave in passing. This house was well maintained and we made good use of the pool and hot tub. The house is open and nicely decorated. We didn't have any issues. The host is very communicative and accommodating. We will for sure be looking to stay here again on our next visit!

The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The property met our needs. I would stay here the next time I’m in town.

Major cleanliness issues for us and we felt the photos were deceiving.We were very much looking forward to this stay based on the professional photos and glowing reviews, but the reality was a massive disappointment.While the house looks great in pictures, the overall cleanliness was completely unacceptabl. Upon arrival, it was clear that the property had not been properly cleaned in a long while. Pool and hot tub had to be cleaned, windows dirty from pets, and there was thick, visible dust on the ceiling fans, the walls, and most concerning, the bedding and sofa. Before our friends could join us, we had to spend an hour of vacation time wiping down surfaces and vacuuming just to make the space habitable. Unfortunately, the effort wasn't enough; both my wife and I woke up the next morning with sore throats and heavy congestion. It took us a full week to recover from what was clearly a reaction to the poor air quality and dust in the home. Disappointing to say the least.

Only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable. Clean, cozy, nice upgrades inside. If I am being nit picky..the living room couch wasn't very comfortable and the hot tube was dirty and didn't get very hot. But those are super minor. It is close to the main road and people tend to speed on it so just be careful with pets and kids in the front. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

A great little house!

The pool was great. House was clean and was perfect for what we needed.

Due to a maintenance issue, the owners contacted me about what was going on with the property. They went above & beyond as host & hostess to set us up in another property they own. We were informed about the issue & treated like royalty as the owners resolved the situation by thinking about their customers first. The owners were trying to get to the Airport but made time to handle everything without any delays. We will be staying with them again, and hopefully it will be at the treehouse location. We loved the Lightning bug cabin and would have no problem staying there either. Thank yougoes out to Chris for reaching out to get things squared away for us !

This home was perfect for my husband and fur babies. The backyard is amazing. Our pups had a great time exploring the massive back yard. The home is very comfortable. We will be booking again to visit our son and grand baby soon.

The entire experience of my stay was exceptional. The house was very comfortable, cozy and clean. We had all the amenities that we needed and the location was perfect for our needs. I had an occasion to reach out to the host and he responded to me in an expeditious manner. Overall, this stay met all of our needs!

We loved this place. It was a quick stop on our drive home, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. You can tell the host really cares about making guests feel taken care of. The fenced yard was a huge win for our dogs and gave them plenty of room to stretch their legs. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Could use a few more accessories. Especially as far as towel bars, or towel hooks. Something to set luggage on instead of floor, such as overnight bag. Pillows were way to puffy for us. The legs on the stools for the table need to be tightened, they are very loose. All in all your house was very nice. Just a couple things that would help. The bed was very comfortable, slept well. We weren’t there very much as we spent most of our time at our son and daughter in laws. They stopped by and thought it was good too. We will be back in November Thank you

This was our first experience with a VRBO property. We had an excellent experience and will be back again!

Stay was great. Home is small. The grass is amazing in the back yard.we didn’t swim or anything. The only complaint is that on checkout we were running a little late b/c my daughter wanted to start the towels and the cleaning team reported there were a lot of people at the home and they were trying to clean. Mind you we left at 11:20 ish and no one came to the door or anything. I don’t know but that was a little out of the norm. Other than that, nice folks and a nice stay.

Our stay was great!! The Treehouse was perfect!! It was pretty on the outside, and I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door!! It was a relaxing, welcoming vibe, and it smelt so delightful. And the bed was so comfortable. Just what I needed after a long day of traveling. I didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool, but it was nice as well. Chris was super nice and responsive to any questions, and offered great recommendations on restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall, everything was great. We could not use the pool because it was dirty. I did see that this was pet friendly but really didn't expect to get covered in dog hair when I covered up with a blanket or from sitting on the couch. Also, the shower curtain needs to be washed. Location and neighborhood wasnice and the host responded to my messages in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. I would recommend this rental

What a darling home! It was very clean, simply but beautifully decorated with every comfort of home. We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.

This house is half way between out trip to the gulf coast. We are staying on our way to and from our winter migration. Much more comfortable and more welcoming than a hotel. We will stay here often.

Visited parents that live close by for the holidays. Our stay was lovely and the tree house was perfect.

We were there for a job the house was nicely updated and clean. Too bad it was cold would have loved to use the pool. Unfortunately didn't use the hot tub either. Will book again if in the area for work

Absolutely loved the property! It is the perfect location. You’re so close to the expressway and all the grocery stores and restaurants. It’s centrally located between all my family members. It’s clean, beds were super comfortable and good water pressure in the shower, I felt right at home. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit especially if we come at a warmer time of year so we can use that amazing pool. My daughter did get some use out of the hot tub. Loved it, highly recommended!

Great place enjoyed our week visiting various state parks

We stay in the house for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The house was clean and welcoming when we showed up. Check in process is super easy. We traveled from Montana to stay here and had a few questions so we reached out and the manager got back to us very quickly and answer all of our questions. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again when we head back to Louisiana.

The online description was completely accurate, and the home was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could have needed or imagined. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was incredibly easy and convenient, and the host provided excellent restaurant recommendations, which made our dining experiences even better. The location was perfect, with several great restaurants and venues nearby. We would 100% stay here again—you won’t be disappointed!

This was a great property for me and my family. Pool was great to have for relaxation after time in town to just get some relaxation. Very clean, especially knowing it just hosted another group. Will keep this property in mind next time we travel to Shreveport to see family.

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our pup. Was exactly as described and pictures matched the house. Would recommend for anyone looking for a house within 30 minutes or less of Shreveport and surrounding area. Easy access and close to Walmart, Brookshires, gas stations, and restaurants.
