Ottawa`s Finest Mansion!

Host very helpful and answered all questions. The house is huge and very welcoming. Great if you have kids.

The BBQ was rusted out, and old with no propane. We arrived there was throw-up in the couch cushions I noticed when I sat down. they came the next day to clean it. The hot tub was not clean and could not be used. The house was not very clean. For the price I expected much more to our standards.

Nice property. Games room could use some more upkeep.

This rating reflects a mismatch between how the property was represented and the experience provided, rather than an isolated issue.Clearer disclosure, improved maintenance, and stronger pre-arrival preparation would be necessary for this property to justify its advertised price point.

Still can’t get over how amazing that mansion was-huge, clean, with fun games and perfect jacuzzi to chill in.

We had a wonderful family reunion celebrating my mom’s birthday. The home was beautiful, with a spacious kitchen and comfortable rooms. The basement was filled with fun activities, and we truly had a blast!

My wife and I with our two kids and golden retriever booked this place when we were dropping our oldest off for university. It was very convenient to have a place that was pet friendly with a fenced in area.The house is beautiful and in a great neighbourhood. The only issue we had is the cleaning agency did a terrible job. It is very evident the family that lived there had moved out and the house had never been truly cleaned. The kitchen drawers, dishes, cutlery and every surface in the kitchen was gross. We spent the first hour or more just cleaning the kitchen so we were comfortable using it. There were no towels in the master bath so we went to the laundry room where it looked like a bomb had gone off. There were sheets and towels piled everywhere with no way to know what was clean, so we had to do a load of laundry to make sure we had clean towels and to feel comfortable we washed linens as well and remade the beds.I will say our host was extremely responsive and sent the cleaners back the next day. They cleaned specifically what we complained about, but didn't touch anything that we had not detailed. We loved the house, it just needs to be deep cleaned!!

Amazing house and the communication with the host was excellent!My grandchildren were over the moon with the playroom and the trampoline especially!

My family and I really enjoyed the house.

Incredible location and home, the check in process is super quick and easy, the host was fantastic to deal with and answered every question I had. Huge kitchen with cooking supplies and load of other things to do around the property. Highly recommend.

Stayed for few nights!
