Ottawa Hills Bliss: Luxe 2BR with Hot Tub & King!

This home was so well put together with so many thoughtful touches. Bedroom curtains were blackout curtains, there was a high chair with a splat mat, a pack n play, even a potty seat for the littles. They stocked the drawers with tableware for kids, they had kids books available and even some toys to play with. The bed was even comfortable, which we almost never experience in a rental!We did not use the hot tub, so we can’t remark on that aspect, but the shower was incredible.The host was quick to respond and very helpful when we needed anything. Checkout was simple and straightforward. No extra chores to complete before leaving beyond starting the towels in the wash and turning on the dishwasher. The only things that could possibly make this excellent stay better would be a stool for the kiddos to reach the sink and a squatty potty at the toilet. Definitely a place I would choose to stay in again!

Check-In process was very easy. Location convenient with lots of great food options nearby. The house was clean and nicely furnished, we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and linens were nice, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. The backyard was large, fenced, with lots of room for kids to play. The fire pit was a great bonus. Only downside - hot-tub water level was low and it was not as warm as we would have liked/ took a very long time to heat. The hot tub was a major reason we picked this property, so we were a bit bummed about this aspect. (This was the reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5)

Great property in a convenient location! The neighborhood was quiet and the house is located just across the street from a park. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and local activities within a short drive. It was just my wife and myself on this trip, but the home had plenty of room for 2 couples or a family to stay comfortably. The backyard is fenced in with great amenities including a fire pit, Blackstone grill and hot tub!

This house was perfect for us. Cozy, well equipped and in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was super responsive. And we so loved the lit Christmas tree!

This home is clean, comfortable and the hosts are helpful and welcoming.The coffee provided was delicious and very much appreciated.The hot tub was also clean and nicely located right outside the back door. Overall, we highly recommend this home and these hosts.

Brief stay to visit U of T. Plenty of space for our family and we were able to bring our pets. The kitchen has all the essentials and the extra niceties like some basic spices that help if you’re preparing simple meal or adding to take out. Beds were comfortable and most importantly the home was clean when we arrived. So clean my teen sons noticed and said this looks like a shoes off house.

Lovely home with everything we needed. Great neighborhood for dog parking. Nice large bedrooms, the blackout blinds and curtains much appreciated! Very spacious and well appointed, we enjoyed the screened-in porch and backyard space.Hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

This may be the nicest VRBO place we’ve ever stayed—and we’ve stayed at a fair amount. Everything about the house was perfect—honestly. Could not have been better—and we’re rather picky. Makes us want to find another excuse to go to Toledo.

Was perfect cozy home. Fully fenced in which I loved for my 3 year old. Hot tub was a nice addition to relax and unwind after long day. I will definitely stay again!
