Everything was perfect, the room was clean and cozy with no issues at all, easy check in / check out. Eric was very professional to communicate with and very responsive to messages. Will be booking with him again.

Good value for the stay. Provided us with extra snacks, waters, etc. Very communicative too. The smoke detector was pretty sensitive when using the oven and went off twice. But overall didn’t have any issues

What a lovely stay. The cottage itself is beautiful — spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and genuinely comfortable from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed, the linens were soft and fresh, and the little touches (great coffee setup included!) made us feel completely at home. Our host was warm and responsive from start to finish, which made everything effortless. If you're considering this place, book it — you won't regret a thing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend of soccer. The place was exactly what we needed. It was our own space. Kitchen was stocked well. My kiddo was excited to have some quick snacks in the pantry. I was grateful for the washer and dryer in-between games. It was a quick stay for us so the luggage racks were helpful vs. unpacking. I didn't know how to use the a/c but the owner was nice enough to walk me through it. Parking was right outside the gate. We had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. 10min drive to the fields and 12mins to the beach. We are planning on coming next year for soccer again. This studio will be saved as a favorite for us.

The AC wasn't needed that much. great location for my appointments near Pendleton

Excellent stay! This space is very well laid out with high quality finishes. We were very comfortable here. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, pier and restaurants/shops. Walk was about 40 minutes, sidewalks and crosswalks the entire route. Would definitely recommend!

Having laundry in the unit was convenient. Upon entering the place was clean and well set up.

We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again.

Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed. We didn’t make it back to the studio after dinner to enjoy the hot tub, looking forward to trying it next visit.. The extensive movie collection & complimentary snacks were appreciated as well. Thank you to our host Eric for recommendations and quick response to any questions we had.

Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!

Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address after booking and chose to still come. Having beach gear available to use was big to us and he supplied everything you could need. We will definitely come back!

We loved this vrbo! Nice and clean, had access to a bbq, a lovely back yard with fire pits, a hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. Eric was amazing and responded to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.
