Host was great

Everything was nice for the most part the rooms were big with lots of space and tvs in all the rooms which was great! The kitchen was a little sticky and the utensils need replaces there were no knives strong enough to cut anything harder than a banana and the shower head busted in the master bathroom but the host replaced it immediately which was very nice! The grill was filthy and would probably catch fire if used but we weren't there long so not much to complain about overall it was a nice place to stay and if in the area again we would be back

They will not return my money, I could not stay at the property due to heavy mold smell my kids have respiratory issues so I left after walking through the house. This is very unacceptable It’s is very outdated kitchen over 40 years old floors also and furniture. The mold smell is very heavy soon as you open the door

As a first time renter,property was more then I had hoped for, the entire group gives it a five and discussed renting again. Contact with the host was easy and helpful,answered my questions immediately. Will gladly stay there again. I thought I had submitted this already.

Overall the place was nice. A bit outdated and could use some remodeling (utensils need replacing). Had an ant problem, sugar and fire ants, but some preventative spray will help.

Although the house accommodated our group, the house was not in great condition. There were bugs (roaches found in bedroom and living room, ants on the stovetop/counters and spiders in the pantry), bathrooms were not clean at all (dirty tubs, hair from previous guests on counters/floors, leftover soaps from previous guests) and overall just not clean. There was also not hot water in one of the showers. Broken blinds on the sliding glass door, pool table stained and wobbly, no trash bags, ice maker broken, dirty cabinets and appliances, unkempt yard (glass in front yard). Very deceiving photos and ad description. Would not recommend this property.

The property was very comfortable. It was home away from home. We traveled for a basketball tournament and he had several players. It was able to entertain teenagers and accommodate a large group. I highly recommend for large groups

This property is very outdated. We saw several roaches crawling, one on a wall in the kitchen and a couple in the master bathroom. The pullout couch was broken upon arrival, whom the owner had no idea and asked me if I broke it, therefore prompting me to believe that it hasn't been checked in quite a while as it was dry rotted and missing springs. The listing states that one bedroom has 2 separate beds, however, once I arrived there was only one bed in each room. There are no utensils in the kitchen and the patio boards in the back yard were very loose and could be a hazard. The location is great however.

Perfect for what we needed. We stayed here for the FSU/LSU game. Plenty of space and clean. We had a great time!
