Stayed Feb 25, 2025Stayed here with my family including my 2 kids. Clean and well stocked with the basics. Very nice patio area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023The house was fine except no dishrags, dishtowels or wash cloths were furnished. It was clean and convenient but needs better mattresses, they were very hard. The check out policy was more extensive than I expected, towels had to be washed and in dryer, dishwasher had to be running, kitchen swept. We sat outside and enjoyed the evenings very much. Overall the house was okay for a short stay.

Stayed May 27, 2022I highly recommend this property for anyone with business or pleasure at or around UCF campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the host has outfitted it with all the necessities for a comfortable home away from home. The best part for our group was location location location. We went to New Smyrna Beach, Universal, and several nearby haunts from our college days, and all were wonderfully convenient from this house. Thanks Alex!

Stayed Dec 12, 2019The house was cute and suited our needs. The back patio could use a power wash and the weeds need to be sprayed although it was fenced in which was nice.
