The home is located on one acre. There are many flowers and fruit trees on the property. 4 bedrooms 2 bath, can sleep up to 13 Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Only 1 minute from the park!

Large yard with tons of parking. 1 minute from the park with basketball courts, tennis courts, a dock in the lake with a nice view, playground for kids and swings.

You will have access to the entire home at all times except for the garage. There is parking available in the front driveway or in the backyard which can be accessed by another driveway. There is also a hot tub which you are welcome to use.

*No parties allowed. Fine of $500

*No pets allowed

We have a Ring Floodlight camera outside, that can record video and audio

Our employees travel all over the State for gigs and this was by far one of the nicer places. Easy check in and close and convienient to where we needed .

House was beautiful and neighborhood was quiet. Close proximity to activities and places to eat. The only complaint I had was that I had messaged my husband slipped and fell getting into the master shower, steps going down into the shower, die to residue left on the shower steps/floor of shower and received no response from the owner.

A group of us renting this home for to visit Universal Studios and attend a concert at The Central Florida Fairgrounds. The home was exactly as advertised. Nice layout, very functional, plenty of room to hang out/sleep and centrally located. Communication with home owner was very easy. Some might say the neighborhood is not the nicest, but we were more than comfortable there. I had zero issues with any neighbors and walked to/from some surrounding areas as well with no problems. Overall nice experience and great value.

House was great big and comfy. Neighborhood not so much.
