A little bit of work would be a real bonus! ALL of the windows should open. You really couldn’t store your things in any of the cupboards as they are really musty. Not a problem for a short stay but would be with more people. A family treasure I am sure but could be much better if they really want to rent it out. Great location although you need to take everything with you. No shops nearby. Great area for kids. Take your canoes!

What a wonderful and relaxing holiday house. A beautiful view to the lagoon. Was like taking a step back in time. Loved the old games. Plenty of room and delightful surroundings

We were meant to stay 4 nights and lasted only 1 night. It was a level above camping. The house was musty, hardly any windows so airing out was tricky. The ‘barbecue’ is a brick pit fire so don’t expect to make a quick and easy Sausages in bread dinner. The location is fabulous and if you are expecting an extremely basic house and bathroom then go for it. I was expecting a quirky old beach shack But for us, it wasnt that.
